This store has so much merchandise that it is way too crowded. Employees were not helpful and looked at me like not our type of customer. Not even a smile or hello from anyone. You should treat customers fairly no mater what the race, age, or looks. I had several gifts to buy and was so turned off by the reception of employees I said never again and left. There are plenty of places to shop in this city that appreciate customers shopping with them and greet you, ask if you need help and thank you for coming! What an idea!!!

I have real trouble with this store. I really want to like it. I go in here every couple of months looking for usually a gift, sometimes something for me. It’s close, convenient, and they have a great variety of cute and unique gift items and nick knacks. However, no one here is particularly helpful or friendly. It’s either young teenage girls chatting about their text conversations or older women who could care less.
I am never greeted and when I am walking around trying to find someone to actually ask anything to, the employees act as if I have bothered them. Customer service is really lacking. I sincerely hope management will take a look at this review and consider it. This is a great store in a great town. It could be so much better than what it is now.

The staff needs work on their customer service. The teenage girls are unpleasant and do not even speak to you. I stood at te Pandora counter for over 5 minutes and a staff member looked at me and kept walking no greeting no how can I help you. I have never been treated so poorly. The older lady with short white hair was just has bad. I browsed the store just to see if anyone would speak to me and they failed to do so. I will never shop at that store ever again. Apparently you have look the part according to the «Parsons Girls» to to be treated like a person. This store is over priced and over rated. I will not spend my money there. It is so sad that women can not respect other women and they are teaching these young girls the same. Shame on you.

This is a cute store with and eclectic array of items. I stop by a lot since I am in the area quite frequently. It’s a great place to get a last minute gift for someone especially if they like Vera Bradley, Pandora or Brighton.

I love this store! The gift items are wonderful and I like that it is laid out well. The first time I walked in, I noticed how bright and cheerful it was. They have Pandora, Vera Bradley and Brighton items. Where can you find all of these in one store? The staff is friendly, but they leave you alone to shop. This is positive to me, because I don’t like to be bothered as I browse. There is always someone ready to assist you, if needed. I will definitely go back again.

I was looking for a specific item that is very limited to find. Conveniently, they had it and it was closer to my home than another boutique in Marietta. I go into the establishment a few days ago to grab these items & go. Needless to say I spent $ 94 in less than 10 mins & was not once greeted or offered assistance, however, everyone after my son and I, were greeted with a friendly hello. I went in there today again as my sister wanted the same item, still no greeting and as I am checking out for another $ 50 sale, the cashier mentions the frequent buyer card which was not brought up the last time and I would’ve had a discount on this purchase had it been added. Anyhow, store has cute interesting gifts but bc of the service, I do not recommend. I don’t know if my ethnicity makes a difference as I am not Caucasian or they assumed i did not speak english and perhaps I look younger than my age but if my 14 year old son noticed the level of service both times, I believe there’s a problem. There were girls behind the counter talking both times. I don’t need assistance as I know what I want but I hate not being greeted especially when it’s not consistent with every other customer.

I stopped by here to pick up a ring that I saw someone where next to me at the Deli line at Publix. Random, I know but had I not asked the customer standing next to me where she got her super sparkly, swarovski ring, I would have never discovered this adorable gift shop.
Luckily, the store is located less than 15 minutes from my work so I was able to make a trip here, twice during my lunch break. They have everything you want when it comes to gifts for your friends & family. I wish I had taken pictures of their interior if I had known there weren’t any reviews on Unilocal but will have to remember to do so next time.
This store has plenty of «chotchkies» but all worth gift giving. You’ll have to just visit the store in order to see the huge inventory and wide selection of gift items they carry. Guys, this store is perfect for gifts for all the women in your life! Just imagine, their company colors are bright lime green and pink!
I was happy to pick up this adorable, simple and chic genuine leather purse by Brighton here and will certainly visit again for other jewelry and gift giving opportunities. The staff is friendly and super helpful and I have no doubt that you’ll walk away with something «cute» and colorful to add to your own collection or to give as a gift, with each visit to this store!
