Got turned away at the door. Apparently the whole place had been rented out for some sort of party, and anyone who was not part of the party couldn’t be there today. It would have been nice if we were given some sort of heads up either on the Facebook page, their website, or ANYWHERE, but I see absolutely nothing. We wasted a trip there today. We are very disappointed. Better communication in the future would be in order.

Unorganized staff, not prepared for party arrival, had to wait more than 45 min for our room, coordinator was spacey, wrong drinks were brought to our party(though i called and emailed exactly what I wanted), had to remind the coordinator about the cake(15 minutes before our party ended), never got our free pass or spin the wheel(which my child had wanted to do since his friend had done it a few weeks prior at their party).,.To top it off, I was overcharged… I called and emailed multiple times and no response… Very disappointing.

I also had a party here on 12÷12÷15, and had the same experience as Amy S. This place is not where you want to book a party! They were not prepared for us at all, even though 3 of our guests had arrived ahead of us. I had to ask for a cart, both in the beginning and at the end. I had to ask for help to set-up the decorations. We had no pizza or drinks waiting for us when we got back to the room, even though they knew when we were going back to our room. They truly were unorganized, and not helpful at all. If you want to do it all YOURSELF, then book here. If you want to have someone help you, then go some place else! This place was a major disappointment, and was very stressful. It’s an awful feeling to have 10 kids hungry, and you have no idea what is going on. Thankfully kids are forgiving and clueless on these kinds of problems. I was informed that they were under new management, and prior to this weekend, they used to have helpers. I was told that those of us who had parties that weekend, were their«guinea pigs.» We should have been notified of the change ahead of time! Had I known, it would have made things better. Thankfully, I was given a small discount. This is a nice facility to jump at, but truthfully, know what you are getting into, if you want to book a party!

Waited in line for over an hour and charged $ 22 per child(had 4 kids with me) only to find out that they were understaffed and would not be able to open the obstacle course. This is the primary reason that my child chose to come here verses Sky Zone. After asking the manger about some type of refund, they completely refused. Save your money and time. Don’t go!

Get Air is a great place to take our three kids(ages 5, 6, and 11) as it is one of the few places that keeps the interest of all three age groups. There is ample parent seating so adults can watch kids play if they do not want to jump.

Can’t rave enough about this place. Came here on a Friday night with a friend and had a blast! Definitely an upscale version of Skyzone! So many trampolines along with stuff to jump off of, do tricks off of. They even had obstacle courses. I had a fantastic time! Slightly more expensive than Skyzone, but worth it.

We loved this place! It has more options than Skyzone. My kids loved the obstacle course. The customer service was great! They gave us some extra time because the rest of our group didn’t get there on time.

Horrible customer service! I thought I would try out their new fitness class that they promoted. Called earlier today and was given the wrong days/times. Called back to confirm the days/times they posted on FB and said I wanted to sign up for class later that night onTues. 9⁄8. After waiting on hold for 5 minutes I was informed all I had to do was show up and sign a waiver. The class started at 7:30, so I arrived at 7:20. I told the girl behind the desk(the one that wasn’t sitting on the floor eating ice cream) that I was there for the fitness class. She said«oh, the instructor just called and asked if anyone was here and I told her no. I just cancelled it because nobody was here.» I said I thought the class started at 7:30. She said«yes, but nobody was here and nobody came last week so I cancelled it. Here is her number if you want to call her.» I will never step foot in this place again. I would rather drive all the way to Roswell and go to Sky Zone where they actually know what they are doing and understand the meaning of customer service!

I stumbled upon Get Air Johns Creek while looking through local groupons one day. They had a good deal and much cheaper than skyZone so I gave it a go. The facility is way off the beaten path. In an industrial park at the end of a court. When you et there you’ll know, because everywhere else is desolate and this place is packed full of cars. To be fair, I went on a Sunday and I can imagine it’s dead during the week during school hours. There is a huge main jumping area, dodgeball, basketball, tight rope, swinging ladder, as well as other random areas. There’s a private party area that was sectioned off and not being used, but this place is huge. There is also a small kids area(56 inches and under), which included 2 big trampolines and a foam pit. This was awesome considering no other trampoline park I’ve been to has this feature. They have less employees regulating that skyZone, so things will get momentarily out of control, but then after a few seconds a whistle gets blown. They have tons of party rooms on the second level, a lounge area, and also vending machines. The only thing they are lacking is a snack bar, then they would have everything. Prices are comparable to other trampoline parks and they offer deals for frequent jump passes, as well as ‘family night’ on Mondays — $ 35 for up to 5 people from 5pm-9pm. They are also open until 8pm on Sunday’s which is way better than the normal 5pm in these parts. All in all this place is pretty awesome– I can’t wait to come back and will definitely be choosing Get Air over other local trampoline parks.
