I have been a customer of crystal for past few years for my clinic In Duluth area. Customer service of Crystal is not bad, it is horrible. I called at least ten time to ask their customer NO service to replace my cooler. But, they are procrastinating and I’m very upset that such a big company like crystal can’t handle easy task. I called them today and asked them to pick their cooler up. You are better off to go to grocery store and buy your water and don’t allow Crystal company to make you wait for water for THREEWEEKS!!!

I wish there was less than 1 star to give, I would give –25! Worst customer service EVER! I called them to order water delivery for our office, I was promised that our first delivery would be last Friday, Friday came and no water was delivered. Called customer service again and was told that they should have not told me Friday, that it takes a couple of days to get set up in their system but that the water would(for sure) be delivered Monday morning. Monday came, no water! Called customer service again and was told that our delivery date got bumped to the 13th! Today is the 30th! No call to tell me this. Did I mention I had to wait on hold for more than 30 minutes each time I called? So let’s review: They lie, they talk about how great the customer service is on the hold recording(which you have plenty of time to listen to), and basically they suck. Wish I would have looked at all the horrible reviews before I chose them, I figured it was water service, how bad could it be? I could train a monkey to deliver water… When I called to cancel my service(before it even started) they did not seem to care(as I am sure it happens every day)! I called their competitor(who is a little more expensive) and they told me that Crystal Springs keeps them in business with their horrible customer service, I hope Crystal Springs goes out of business! I usually don’t write reviews(I just never use that service/business again), but you inspired me to take time out of my busy day to tell whoever reads this how much you suck. The person who owns this business should be embarrassed… and unemployed. There were more issues I had but too many to write in this venue, my point is: shop elsewhere for your water needs!

Horrible customer service. They just drop off what they want at your door then bill you for it and you can’t argue for a credit. We ended up with tons of extra water and nowhere to even store it. Then they just dump it out if you give it back. They have ridiculous hold times when you call them. I’m not lying when I tell you I have been on hold 30plus minutes each time. I canceled our service and they kept billing me. I was not in a contract. We got to the point that we just paid it since I can’t be on hold for 30 min at a time and we were buying a new home and I didn’t want to show up on my credit. I paid the last one in full and wrote on my check«last payment, account closed» and what do you know they still sent me another bill. I have had my final straw and I’m putting my experience out there so others dont have to go through this same experience. It’s hands down the worst customer experience I’ve ever had.
