CitruSolution Carpet Cleaning

This company is FANTASTIC. I had all my carpets and area rugs cleaned and the results were outstanding. All my stains were gone even those pesky black stains that kept reappearing. Great service and demonstrated great attention to detail. JR is very helpful, honest and arrives on time. I would without a doubt use this company again and recommend to friends, neighbors and colleagues, in fact I already have :-) A big thumbs up, ¹⁰⁄₁₀ and 5 star rating from me.

There are no add ons and is very truthful and upfront. Also, educational. I had no idea rug doctors were not great for your carpet until JR told us. My carpets are so much cleaner now and 99% of the stains are gone. The process took only about 30 minutes, JR was in and out in no time. I Am very pleased.

CitruSolution is the best carpet cleaner company I have ever used. They come when they say they will and some of the stains they can get out just amaze me. Thank you JR for coming on such short notice (3 hours notice) and for doing a fantastic job! Highly recommend this company!

JR Mitchell has excellent customer service and accommodated my request the very next day! He did an amazing job on my 3000 sq foot home that was in need of serious carpet cleaning! (I have boxers that I keep indoors). I came home to find the house smelling delightful but more importantly, I was very pleased with the results! My carpets look brand new again. I am SO late in posting this review… I really didn’t Unilocal a year ago. JR came to my house and did a thorough job. I was very pleased with the whole process. i received confirmation of my appt, information on the technician, and straight forward pricing prior to the appt. I had just purchased a new home and was very appreciative of the straight forward pricing and no upwell! JR was very professional, timely, and felt very comfortable with him in my home. The citrus smell was wonderful throughout the house. He was able to give me information on how to treat certain stains in the carpet from the previous owners and even came back to refill by cleaning solution free of charge 6 months later. That stuff is AMAZING! It’s time for another cleaning and I’m definitely going to call JR (which is why I remembered to Unilocal) lol The process and results is a breath of fresh air– and I also appreciate the fact that it didn’t bother our allergies :-)

I definitely recommend J.R. And CitruSolution! He did a great job on our carpets when we moved out of our last home and will be the only one we use in our new home. We keep a bottle to clean up spots, etc. and we love the stuff! Nothing else on the market compares!

J. R. Mitchell took time to explain the cleaning process in a way that makes sense and he knows all about carpet cleaning, stain removal, and carpet care. He is very friendly, respectful, and professional. Excellent job! We were very impressed and liked him more than previous carpet cleaners. We will call back when we need service again.
