Never going there again. Night Manager Eric has not trained his staff properly. Due to repeated rudeness, poor attitude, and lack of concern for a one time loyal customer, I will no longer be visiting this restaurant. Eric repeatedly displayed a dismissive attitude when I shared how his staff was rude, made errors with orders, and did not follow Chick Fil A training protocol. I used to go every Wednesday but no longer. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else if you want to be treated well.

Nice clean family place. Chick-​Fil-​A does it right and this store is a great example of it.

This location is clean like all the others I visit, and the employees are friendly. The food quality is always good too. The issue with this location is that it’s consistently the slowest of all, the drive through can be maddening at times, but not always.
I have also been here right at the 6am opening several times, and had to wait until past 6am for it to actually open, then wait for 5 – 10 minutes for the food. Had to just leave empty handed after ordering because the line would not budge. Just saying… hate to complain

They are really know how to do the team work. Sometime, the driving line is really busy but they work really fast and never make a mistake!

This is a great Chick-​fil-​A location very friendly staff ample parking with two areas for the drive-​through that makes even a long line move fast. Has a good play area and nice seating area inside.
The traditional menu keeps people like my wife and kids constantly craving the original chicken sandwich, nuggets and strips.

I’ve always like CFA, never more so than once I had a child. Upon moving to this area I visited this location and it’s truly my favorite of them all. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is always good, they’ve never yet (in two years) messed up an order. Most important to me, their location is spotlessly clean, including the play area. Staff are always cleaning things and we have yet to come home with a cold — which can’t be said for other play areas nearby.
I will remark that my experiences are mostly inside the store. The drive through always seems very busy and the few times I’ve used it the wait was more than I would have hoped. However, it doesn’t inhibit me from going back!

It’s chicken fast food, always a winner, winner chicken dinner. Food is great; however this location is so bone freezing cold inside, it’s uncomfortable.

Drive thru is terrible. I was charged for items I didn’t receive, no flat ware, no straw, no ketchup, 2 napkins. Slow down and do what you are famous for.

I visited this Suwanee location via their drive through in the morning with my daughter. We ordered food for myself, my daughter, and my son. The drive-​through line was long how are that is to be expected at this time of the morning. We were greeted by a cheerful cashier at the drive-​through window in her food was served up very promptly. On the way home however I was checking the food and noticed that we were missing a chicken biscuit.
I looked on the receipt and at the store’s phone number and called them. David answered the phone and I explained my situation to him. I told him that they had filled my breakfast order wrong but that we are already close to home which is near their other Suwanee location. I asked if I could get the chicken biscuit from the location near my home. David stated that they are separate locations under separate owners and that I would not be able to get a chicken biscuit from the location near my home and I would have to drive back to their location which is another 10 minutes further away. For any of you who have kids you know that it can be difficult to have to run around in the morning with them when they are hungry. Since David told me that I would have to drive back to their location I decided to just go to the location nearest me and purchase another sandwich. I will not be going back to this Chick-​fil-​A in Suwanee.
I’m very disappointed and this location did not live up to the standards that I have heard broadcasted about this company. They’re supposed to be wonderful in regards to customer service however I find my experience rather disappointing.

I stopped by the Moore Rd. Chick-​Fil-​A in Suwanne around 11:30 to grab a Cobb Salad for lunch. When I got back to work and opened my salad I noticed that there was a piece of a chicken nugget in the salad that was undercooked. This is unacceptable no matter what, but I happen to be 5 months pregnant. I will not be returning to that location.

Best Chick Fil A around! Super busy at lunchtime, but they are very efficient so it goes pretty fast. Mrs. AJ and Rosanna are the best!

If you have something negative to say about Chick-​Fil-​A you must be a communist!
The people here are always really friendly.
I love the spicy chicken with pepper jack cheese. If I had a complaint it would be that they no longer let you pick your condiments on the counter so I find my self having to go up to the busy registers. It still deserves a 5 star rating for the food and everything they do to help the local community!

The service was satisfactory; nothing more. The food could have been hotter.

This location the worst Chick-​fil-​a I’ve ever been to.
I work close by and I have a choice to go to this one or the one off Sugarloaf Pkwy, this one is usually my last resort.
Today for lunch my fries have been oversalted and thin and greasy. Not cut as delicately as the hundreds of other CFA’s I’ve visited.
Their lemonade is the WORST. Just straight up sour, no lemon taste at all and their chicken sandwiches are mediocre.
I’ve visited this Chick-​fil-​a a lot and each time I’m disappointed.
I love the Chick-​fil-​a franchise but this location needs to step it up.

This morning my drive-​through order was wrong for the first time. I went back in to the restaurant slightly annoyed, and the manager quickly gave me my correct order and also a coupon for a free Chicken biscuit. I know that the local McDonalds doesn’t do that. The staff makes a great effort. My food is always hot and fresh.

This is absolutely the best and friendliest restaurant in Suwanee, and also very reasonably priced and fantastic service!

It’s a Chick-​Fil-​A you know what you’ll get as far as food goes.
As for service: I did visit this location with 2 co-​workers that are regulars at this location and I was impressed with how many on the staff knew their names! Then again this is a CFA and if any fast food chain were to do this CFA would be the one. I will say the staff is a bit too happy.
This place gets packed during lunch but has 2 drive-​through lanes to handle the extra people. Clean, with a well-​stocked condiments bar, and overly friendly staff this CFA is a bit better than the other ones I’ve been too.
4 stars for being an amazing fast food restaurant, which is the maximum I will give any fast food restaurant.

The customer service here is the best I’ve ever experienced in a fast food restaurant.

Best fast food franchise of all. Not just this store, although it is very good, the whole chain is great.
