It’s Chic-​Fil-​A so of course they’re always going to recieve 5 stars. The level of service is always impeccable no matter the location.. My Spicy Chicken meal and Arnold Palmer came fast and fresh as usual.

Just happen to be back again after leaving for years and this has always been a great location.
If I’m doing drive through, I want to get through, order, let them read it back, pay and get out with everything I wanted. I have never once got an order wrong, good service, and good olé Chick Fil A stuff. Place seems well managed, and the food comes out fast and hot. I will get some to go on late sat nights since the sandwichs (standard and chicken salad) are good for a day, reheat the std and you have one for Sundays. Never can hurt to plan ahead.
I’m sure some nights are hit and miss on service, I have just been lucky to always come on hits!

One of my favorite for lunch. Courteous Staff — Christy and others. Consistent quality of food. She would make sure that the coffee is fresh.

This review is specific to the staff at the drive-​thru this morning. My daughter and I visited this location approximately 9:45 AM. After we ordered and while we were waiting in the drive-​thru line I realized that I did not have my wallet on me. I didn’t want to just pull out of the line and mess up the order of their orders so I waited until we pulled up to the window to tell them that I didn’t have my wallet with me and therefore I couldn’t pay. The lady smiled at me and said don’t you worry you come three or all the time. We will take care of you. My daughter and I were both very pleased and left with big smiles on our face.
In addition to the wonderful service the food was delicious. It was warm and very tasty and just what we expected. I had to recommend you try this location and hopefully you have the two ladies working that helped my daughter and I.

I prefer mall of ga over this one. The best one is sugar hill. The people that work at this one are not as friendly as other 2 places. I went last week and they never give me the amount of sauces i ask for. I want to ask them would u dip 3 orders of fries and 2 sandiches in 2 sauces? I had to get out and get more sauce. And i shouldve checked my order. I checked it almost home and they left out a fry. Which by the way were not hot. I called the manager he said next time i would get a free combo. Ok thought they made it better. When i went again to get the free combo i ordered another combo and a extra order of fries. The girl handed me 3 drinks. I told her i only ordered 2. She had to return the drink on my card. Which still hasnt shown up. And once again no freakin extra fries. So i have to tell them they forgot my fries. They didnt ask me if i wanted sauce. And saw that my bag was full but didnt offer me another bag. I felt like i was botherin them. It was so frusterating. The only reason i might go here again is for a milk shake. Maybe they will get that right.

After reading all of the negative reviews, I am so blessed to have all positive experiences at this Chick-​fil-​A. I hope I did not jinx myself. I have never ate inside of this establishment. I usually go through the drive-​thru. It is always a fast pleasant experience. I have ordered about everything on the menu. I have never had any hair in my food. My food has always been hot. The service is always great. In my opinion, they have the most crispy crunchy fries. Those are my favorites.. I even met the CEO of their new Costa Rican Coffee when I was studying abroad in Costa Rica.
I had one interesting experience, which I ordered 3 ice cream cones here. This place has the most creamiest ice cream compared to other fast food joints. It really tastes just like French Vanilla. The cashier at the window tried to give me an ice cream cone that was leaning over and about to fall over. I looked at him and rolled my eyes. I was not about to get an ice cream cone, where the ice cream was so unstable it was going to fall all over me. The ice cream on the cone ended up falling straight onto the cement ground. I started laughing so hard along with the rest of the Chick-​fil-​A crew. Poor kid did not know how to make an ice cream cone. One of his co-​workers had to come save him. She made my ice cream cones instead. I guess what a man can do a woman can do better. haha Anyways, fun Chick-​fil-​A experience. Hope you guys had some laughs.
For those negative reviewers, I hope you give this Chick-​fil-​A another chance! You all know consumer service at Mickey D’s, BK, & other fast food restaurants are way worse!

Since this Chick-​fil-​A opened I spent a good amount of time at this location in particular and been pleased with the food and staff. Have had several children’s birthday parties here daddy daughter date night and just overall been a good Chick-​fil-​A in the area with the expected friendly staff and standard Chick-​fil-​A food that my family and I love.

I ordered through the drive thru and our food was cold. A fast food place like this should always be on point, however, the fries were undercooked and cold. Not even a bit warm. We typically don’t have complaints about Chick-​fil-​a restaurants, but this experience was disappointing. They should not be handing out cold food during the dinner rush.

The slowest and unfriendly branch I have visited and not the first time. Chickfila should pull this franchise license.

–I try not to leave any negative review for any business, but the experience that I had this morning was one of the exceptional cases.
–Generally I love and am grateful to Chick-​Fil-​A, because they’re doing a lot of great things for America’s military. (They used to feed us in the airfield every time we get deployed.)
–This morning I had breakfast at this location, and they’re confused if it was to-​go or for here even though I told them twice. And the gentleman who took my order forgot to hand me the drink, and the soda got warmed when I got that.
–Finally when I got the food, there was a long, bright color, curly female hair on top of the food. I have short, straight hair (I’ve just got out of the Army.) So that’s
definitely not mine. The whole experience was very disappointing. I wouldn’t go back there. Sad.

The staff will even make fun of you here, besides getting the order done!

My favorite fast food! I like everything there, and the great service is like their build in culture, I always have good experience there.

I was in this particular store around 10:40 am. There was no crowd, maybe 4 of us in the store, drive thru isn’t busy at all. Maybe I caught them on a bad day which was impossible as it wasn’t busy. I ordered my food to eat in, they gave it to me to go. No big deal. During the 15 minutes I was eating my food 3 other orders were messed up with the wrong order just totally. I will be stopping there every once in a while to eat then I will update my review as they get better or if they’re just really tore up from the floor up. The place was very clean but to be a Chick-​Fil-​A restaurant that just caught me by surprise especially when people had to wait for the right orders.

Great location. They are always packed but always fast and friendly. One employee, Ann always remembers my name which is a nice touch.

Clean location. Fairly quick drive-​thru. And the good food you have come to expect from Chick-​Fil-​A.
This location has always provided friendly and quick service. The food is fresh and hot; and the peach shakes are devine.
If you are in the area, do not skip this location.
BTW… Chick-​Fil-​A has never been open on Sunday. I think they can afford to have one day off per week. Get over it!

Great service! Super nice staff, very clean and the strangest shaped Chick-​fil-​a I’ve ever been in and its a small location. But great for a quick bite!
