I’ve eaten here between 5 – 10 times, and I’ve had take out once. With the exception of one time, service has always been great. Only once did I get a brain dead idiot for a server, who didn’t understand the menu for the restaurant that signed his paycheck. The food is under $ 10 for a meal for one, and they have a decent menu. Their beer selection could use some work, although they did add craft selections recently. The margaritas are pretty much all sugar. Overall, service is good, order to eating time is minimal, and the food is cheap.

The food here is delicious and the atmosphere is pretty nice(lots of TV’s). The wait staff is very friendly and the chefs do a excellent job preparing your food. This is easily a 4 ½ to 5 star Mexican restaurant but there are only two small reasons that I downgraded it to four stars. The waitresses seemed like they were a little bit overwhelmed as ours had six tables at one time(that we counted) ;but this was on a Saturday night although early in the evening. Both my wife and I noticed that the rice was a little bit hard and crunchy. Everything else had an excellent flavor and my wife said the ribeye was better than some steak houses. We will definitely be back and see if they can bump this review up to five stars.

Service is fast and friendly. Food is cheap and worth the price. Cheese dip is very good along with their rice. Tacos could use some more seasoning to bring out flavor but all in all a good place to eat. Would recommend to others.

Had dinner on a Tuesday evening, sat at the bar which was probably a mistake as I think the bartender must have been new. 2 orders one was wrong. Ordered a Margarita Pitcher which tasted so sweet it was pretty much Un-drinkable, we don’t typically complain and after returning the wrong a order I just thought finish it and be done. He charged us for a premium pitcher which it wasn’t a Texas and the pitcher itself was filled to the very top with ice and 2 glasses were also fill to the top with ice and all we were able to get out of a $ 32 pitch was 4 glasses. By the way no prices noted on the drink menu, who does that in a Mexican restaurant? Never going back there.

NEWOWNERANDREMARKABLEIMPROVEMENT!!! We stopped eating here months ago because the service was slow and terrible. We tried it again last night and wow what an improvement. There is a new owner and service and food has improved ten fold. Quick responsive service. Good tasty food. Ask for the«other» salsa is you like a non traditional roasted salsa very yummy. Fajita quesadillas are spot on as are the I traditional quesadillas. Now that they have improved their service this may be our New Mexican Restaurant.

I like cabos! My husband and I like to go there a couple times a year. Great service and good food. I love the drink selection. Fast service too. Really can’t go wrong with this place! I have only sat inside but they do have a patio.

I had lunch here today with my husband. We were immediately seated and provided a «lunch special» menu. We were never made aware of a FULL menu. Since the«lunch special menu was so limited and I didn’t see anything appealing, I simply ordered chips and queso dip. Our server was not good. He had no personality and quite frankly I felt as if he didn’t want to be there. I would not return to this restaurant for the simple fact that it wasn’t a welcoming type environment and for lack of information provided by our waiter.

By far the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I have eaten at the other two locations and the food and service were great. This is the 3rd time at the Suwannee location and the first two times the service was poor this latest and last time not only was the service horrible, but after going to the management on two different occasions they still did not even seem to care that our group not only couldn’t even get chips and salsa or drinks refilled that had been empty for 15 minutes. We finally had to go force the waitress to get our Bill ready so we could go somewhere and actually get something to eat. This was the worst dining experience I could possibly expect. I highly recommend NOT to put yourself through the experience.

Cabos??? Awesome Tex-Mex food. The drinks so good I got drunk pretty fast since I kept ordering so many. I just couldn’t stop. Even the chips with salsa are awesome. I finished two baskets by myself lol.(Fat moment) Anyways… As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and therefore I felt comfortable. The people that work there are awesome. They should pat themselves in the back. Although some are slightly weird but in a good way, I like weird :) I learned something new in one of my visits. I ordered a steak quesadilla without cheese, and realized that I ordered a taco. I mean duh hahaha! Gosh I’m slow. anyways… good food, good drinks, nice service. Will be back!!! =) ***Tip: Ask for the guacamole thats made at your table. It’s really good! I recommend!

The reviews here are pretty polarized. I guess I am on the Cabo team. Mainly because of the beer prices and the close proximity. Ive seen some folks write some reviews regarding the food quality. Not sure if it was a one off. I have always enjoyed the food for what it is, cheap mexican. Some of the menu items are certainly not Mexican, I enjoy the Rockefeller. The staff is always friendly and attentive. They have XX amber on tap as any self respecting Mexican restaurant north of the border should. A wider mexican beer selection would be great but like I said the prices are fantastic. Cabo’s also has a modest patio.

My first time here and I wasn’t really happy with the flavor. The tables smelled as if they used an old rag. The waitress here is very nice and checks on you frequently but the food to me was a little disappointing. Maybe I should try it again.

Came here on a whim because were were checking out our favorite local cover band, the A-Town A List. We were headed back from the outdoor concert at the newly built Sugar Hill Amphitheatre and was craving a late dinner. We spotted this restaurant off of Peachtree Industrial Rd. and decided to stop in. The first thing you notice is that one of the managers will open the door for you. Felt very«TGI Fridays» but we appreciated it. The staff was super friendly and we were served promptly. I ordered the steak quesidilla platter and my friend had the steak nachos platter. Loved the way they cooked their skirt steak. Not too salty, not too plain. The best thing about this restaurant is their HOMEMADE salsa. It’s the best tasting salsa I’ve had in a long time. It has the perfect amount of spice and just tasted super fresh. I’ll definitely return with friends in the near future when passing through the Duluth area.

Thursday night. First time dining at Cabo’s. Everything was first rate. Atmosphere, service, friendliness, cleanliness, and especially the food. We had lettuce tacos, taquitos, fresh made at the table guacamole, and I had Dos Equis from the tap. It was all wonderful, fresh, delicious. We quit going to the standard fair Mexican restaurants a few years ago because too often disappointed with service or food or both. Really glad we tried Cabo’s we will be back.

Cabos… oh Cabos, why can’t i stop ordering food from you? You know why… you are awesome and you deliver. Yes, that’s right, delivery Mexican food(if you’re luck and live close by). We starting ordering from Cabos soon after we moved to Sugar Hill. One night we really wanted Mexican but really didn’t feel like going out, so… to the internet. Cabos is the only delivery Mexican food I’ve ever seen, there might me more, but there are none better. To date we’ve gotten delivery a couple time, take out more than a couple of times, and we’ve actually left the house to go eat there once or twice. We have never been let down. The food is always fresh tasting and hot and the chips and salsa are among the best I’ve had anywhere. For delivery the food is packed up in a big thermal bag and usually gets to our place in 30 – 45 minutes. For take out, they usually run about 15 – 20 minutes to get it ready. Dine is can be a little slower but i did notice that its because they wait until everything is ready and bring all the food at once, instead of bringing it out when each order is ready so some people eat before others. I’m not counting off for that. The staff is always very friendly, they know me now so maybe that helps. The delivery guy is very professional and actually works at the restaurant when not driving food around. If you happen to be in the Suwanee/Sugar Hill area and are looking for a good, tasty, casual place, i’d say this should be high on your list.

The food is decent here but the service is TERRIBLE. I’ve been here several times and have determined that a turtle could service their customers faster.

I didn’t check in until after already being seated, but wow is Unilocal wrong on this one. For being in a suburb like Suwanee, and only really having Chinese and other fast food restaurants around, it will be refreshing to come here more often. The food didn’t blow me away, like other Unilocalers mentioned, but I will add it wasn’t anything I could have made in 15 min and it didn’t taste like it came out of a can. We ordered a steak quesadilla and nachos. I’m not a steak person but my guest described it as not fatty or rough, but just perfect. I also witnessed a table order the guacamole and the waitress wore GLOVES when she made it table side. That says enough right there. Also, everything comes out on a serving table, even the boxes. Very professional. The service was just amazing. This place operates like a team. The whole staff is committed in helping you have an enjoyable experience. Our waitress’ name was jennifer and she was very happy and attentive. I might add the fried ice cream is delicious and a big serving for under four dollars. The five star rating is also in part to help the overall rating at Cabo’s. The 2 or 3 star rating does not begin to describe the independent and enjoyable experience that you can have here.

Cabo’s Mex-Grill is Located in the strip mall with Peking Chinese and beverage superstore II. This place serves up the standard items one would expect from a Mexican restaurant in the area. My experience at Cabo’s is limited to their lunch service. Based on the 3 times I’ve visited Cabos I can say I’ve never had a bad experience but never a good one. The food here is the culinary equivalent of beige. Like the color, the food here won’t win anyone over but won’t piss anyone off. Now making Mexican food beige is hard! I’m not sure how they do it but they manage to dull a lot of the flavor in their dishes. Luck for them their redeeming factor is that their prices are on the low side. If they up the cost for their dishes then I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Will I be back? Yes because when you’re looking for quick lunch beige isn’t that bad.
