I found Terry on Unilocal today. When I called his number he never indicated his company or said his company name and seemed annoyed his phone rang. I let that go as he has good reviews on Unilocal.He agreed to take a look at our electrical issue before the end of the day. My wife met him at the door. He was in shorts and t-​shirt, gave her no ID or information. He proceeded to ask her questions and not listen to the answers she was providing. He asked her the same question 3 times. He took a look at our outlets found a GFI outlet we couldn’t find buried in the basement. He enabled the outlet and tested that the rest was working. He was here less than 20 minutes and charged us $ 195 dollars. I am not sure what normal rates are but that seemed a bit much. I am giving him 3stars because he arrived within 2 hours of our call and he found the problem and seemed very knowledgeable about the area and the way older homes in the area were built. He solved the problem but wouldn’t be my first call.

I have never had a better experience with an electrician. Terry was very professional both prior to and during his visit. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and took the time to properly diagnose and correct our problem. On top of that, he was very friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them without hesitation!

I have used ACDC Electric a couple of times for my small business and have been pleased with their response and knowledge in getting the jobs I had to do done and not costing an arm and a leg. They were responsive and professional each time they came. Bob P.

I have never written a review before in my life but after this experience I have to! Truth is, it’s hard to find good customer care now a days. That is certainly not the case with this company. I had a kitchen outlet that almost caused a fire from bad wiring. I called and actually got a person on the phone ;) which was a good start. They came out quickly and were In and out in no time. The guy was so nice and very professional. He answered all my questions and gave advice on some other things that I could look into for future improvements. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone!
