We stopped here on our way to visit friends over the July 4^th weekend and were pleasantly surprised. Don’t let the name fool you — this is a beautiful PUBLIC golf course. It is well maintained and reasonably priced. Easy to get to right off of 89N. Pricing when we were there (played two days): $ 28 after 2PM on a weekend to play 9 holes with a cart; $ 35 during peak hours. The clubhouse is well stocked with the usual beer and food at reasonable prices.
