Fat Cat Tattoo

My artiest did a good job, I like that he kept reassuring that it was the design I want and it was right where I wanted it. He was a cool guy and he did it just the way I wanted it.

I have had two piercings here. Nose nd tongue. Richard pierced my tongue nd he told me how it was gonna feel nd where he was gonna place it nd why. He used clean needles, wore gloves, nd was very professional. Afterwards, he let me see it, told me how to keep it clean nd the healing time nd told me what I could nd couldn’t eat. In addition to telling me everything I needed to know, he gave me paperwork on how to keep it clean nd such. Price was very reasonable nd time there was socialable. The next piercing, my nose, was done by his apprentice who gave me the option of having her do it or having Richard do it. I had no problem with her doing it, especially if she was being trained by the best. She made a dot on where she was gonna place it nd hit it right on the spot. It healed quicker than most nd I so pleased nd happy. Told me everything I needed to know nd gave me paperwork. I am hoping to get a tattoo here this weekend with a friend, but not sure on the price so I’ll be letting ya’ll know! :) I recommend this place, most definitely. :)

Just got my septum pierced here today. I was so nervous because I’ve heard horror stories, but the piercer didn’t hit any cartilage and it’s was minimally painful. Really nice, talented people working here. I’ve never been tattooed here, but I’ve seen a few and they’re great. Awesome service :-)

This is a great atmosphere. Richard Green really connects to his clients and makes the whole piercing process fast and painless. I have yet to get a tattoo, but from what I’ve heard around, is that it’s just as easy as the piercings. =]

Shop was clean, and nice.
I went in originally to get my tongue pierced, and instead of just taking my money and putting me in danger, Johnny informed me that my tongue was to short to pierce. That right there let me me know that he wasn’t just in it for the money. Hes a great piercer. My 11 year old brother had his ears pierced by Johnny as well as my little sisters ears. I will never go to anyone else as far as piercings go (:

I went there yesterday to get 3 small, simple tattoos, and my friend got 2. Gina was our artist and she was awesome! She was super nice and made us feel really comfortable, and she did a great job. My tattoos turned out exactly how I had hoped and am so glad that we went to Fat Cat! (:

Since my last review myself and my husband have had several new tattoos by Gina. We are still über pleased by her work, along with the overall attitude and ambiance of the shop. Everyone there is super friendly, and very good at what they do!
We recently moved to Missouri, and are already saving up the money for plane tickets to visit Fat Cat for our next few pieces.
If you are looking for a great place full of awesome artists, a good laugh, and a laid back environment, this is the place for you!

First off, this is an amazing, clean, friendly (the list can go on and on) establishment. Sean the owner is great and is very helpful with giving you exactly what you want. About a year ago he did some work on my foot and it came out perfect! I’ve had so many compliments. Although my piece is fairly small, my honey has gotten all of his larger ones done by Sean and they are amazing. You wouldn’t think that they were done years ago. Not too much fading and the lines are very clear. We will now only go to Sean or Gina, the other fabulous artist, for any work done.
Oh, and they also just got a great new piercer, Richard the Rockstar. Such an improvement! :)
Thanks guys for giving us such a great place to go. You can’t get much better than this!

First off… let me start off by saying… PLEASE people… PLEASE! Pay attention to who’s stabbing you with a motorized needle… placing a foreign object into your blood stream for hours is serious business… Do your research. A bad tattoo today will be an even WORSE tattoo 20 years from now. I know that tats are fun… and being spontaneous is great– but really? Take your time– look at past work… get referrals!
That being said, I went to GEO at FatCat for just some basic script writing… his script is beautiful and elegant– he did a great job. when I asked him if he could fix another ‘script’ tattoo that I’ve had for 14 years he told me that the tattoo was run together too much– and that nothing could really help it. I got the tat when I was 17 in my girlfriend’s bedroom by a homie…:)(I obviously speak from experience when I say to choose wisely) Instead, I opted to start on some cover-​up work.
GEO took a pic of my back, we tossed some ideas around and I went home. I contacted him and gave him other ideas… he came up with a drawing of some flowers. They looked harmless enough. When he finished the tat, after all of the shading, it looked realllly pretty. I liked it just the way it was. I was in no way ready for the fill-​in. After he colored it in… the flowers are just GORGEOUS… the background is SO realistic. It is truly, truly art.
There are other tattoo artists there that seem to be very good artists, as well. I’ve been there 3 times and have seen some amazing work being done. BF pointed out that most of the phone calls coming in seemed to be for Geo… and since I’ve let him stick me for hours, I assume it’s for a good reason :)
They have a piercer on staff– he’s done some sick piercings… the shop is always busy so I assume that people know what’s up. I’ll post pics as soon as it’s complete!
