Eye On Wireless Verizon Wireless Retailer

Used to purchase all of my equipment here but I no longer will. I had an issue with a screen protector that a girl sold me without telling me it would shatter if I dropped my phone. No where on the box did it say that and they highly recommended this screen protector. Well on the first day it broke. I went back and they replaced it. A week later it broke again and they replaced it again although I had asked for a refund I was assured again it is a product worth the 30 bucks. Then I had it break again and they refused to refund me for this product. I am never spending my money in that store again if they won’t stand by their product and give me a refund when im unhappy with what they sold me. Nor will I refer people there anymore as well.

Good customer service, the girl explained all the questions we had and got us the best deal for our monthly bill.
