Surprise Dental and Denture

I purchased dentures for the first time from a company I see advertised a lot. I didn’t like the way they felt and my upper lip looked sunk in and you couldn’t really see my upper teeth. I looked like I had false teeth. The dentist I used thought they were fine. I went to Surprise Dental and had Dr. J look at my dentures. He decided he could adjust the bottoms but would need to redo the top dentures. I love the results. First of all they are not only comfortable. but the upper lip looks full and when I smile you can see my teeth. They do not look like dentures. What a major difference! I wish I had gone to Surprise Dental in the first place.

If your looking for Dental care then look no further. Very friendly and very professional staff… all of them. For starters I’ve never been given a tour of a Dental office, nice touch for sure. Another nice touch which I have not yet experienced is Wine in the waiting room (great idea!) I met with Dr. J for a consultation regarding the permanent replacement of my Partial for 2 missing teeth. He explained my options, had a quick informal look and gave me his recommendation which is exactly what I was hoping would happen. The staff broke down the costs to the penny and explained what my insurance would be contributing. I had my teeth prepped for a temporary bridge, which he made while I waited. Literally minutes, and it looked amazing! I was hoping I wouldn’t walk out of there looking like Mr. Ed. He also extracted a tooth from my lower jaw (at my request) which was completely broken off. This tooth felt like it was fused to my shoulder blade I swear! Prior to him removing the tooth he showed me a cost breakdown for my responsibility while I was in the chair! I’m glad I chose Surprise Dental. You will be too.

From a teeth cleaning (Kathy) to replacing crowns (Dr J). I have always had a positive and caring experience at this office. There is a unique combination of professionalism and friendliness that is so nice to see.

My review is only regarding their Contact form on their website. They never responded to me, poor cutomer service. I have a referral to go there, if they can’t respond to a Contact request, it makes me question everything else.

I love Surprise Dental and Denture! All of the staff is super friendly. Dr. J is very knowledgeable and takes the time to go over a treatment plan that works for you. They try to accommodate your needs as best they can whether it’s financially or scheduling.

The quality and care I have received from the staff at Surprise Dental has been outstanding! I feel welcome and comfortable every single visit :) Always look forward to my visits with Kathy for my routine teeth cleaning. She spoils her clients and has these great lavender scented towelettes that I’m hooked on :) hugs** see ya’ soon Kathy!

This is our favorite dental office. We drive all the way from Gilbert to come there.
