On Time Executive Town Car & Transportation

Called to get a ride from home to a hotel. He did not seem professional from the start but I thought give him a chance. Gave me a rate and was able to match what I wanted to spend. I ask for a receipt for service a day before he said he would send. While in car tried to get a receipt and he was very loud, yelling at me, and rude about getting receipt. Said he already sent and could not tell me my email address. I will not use this service every again.

I can’t praise these guys enough. From Woody who took care of me on the phone to Kenny my fabulous driver who arrived 15 minutes early. I was welcomed with a huge smile, treated like a lady, fun conversation and felt so incredibly safe. I didn’t want to use Über and called them to arrange transportation to the airport. Price point, awesome and less than Über. We’ll be using these guys for sure when we move out to Scottsdale. Seriously, the best car service I’ve ever had which called for a very nice tip don’t forget to tip! Thank you guys!

We used on-​time transportation several times. Once Woody was late in picking us up for a run to the airport, which meant we were rushed by the time we got to SkyHarbor. The next time Woody totally forgot we had ordered the service. Obviously the on-​time confirmation number means nothing. He suggested that I call him a few days before the trip and remind him of our booking.
We will not use this service again.

Used these guys for a girls night out. The air conditioning didn’t work inside the stretch excursion first off! We were sweating on the way to our destination! Then the driver/​owner bumped curbs, turned hard, and slammed on the brakes many times causing drinks, food and girls to go sliding all over! Then he blamed us for the mess when it was his driving that caused it!
The car itself was dirty outside and in and smelled like smoke too. Plus he was dressed in jeans & tee shirt. Not very professional!
Then the guy got an attitude with us and wanted the full fee even though the car was a mess and we were drenched in sweat!
Stear clear of these guys! Take a cab and you will receive better customer service! As a small business owner I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and overall mess that we still had to pay for!

Cheaper than a taxi — check.
nice, comfortable car with loads of leg room (I’m 6’4″) — check
I didn’t have any «off road excursions» or fear for my life at any time, so i’m not sure what the other reviewer is talking about – I trusted Woodie enough that he’s taking my Gramma to the airport in a couple of weeks!

Apparently these guys are so worried about being «On Time» that they will run your vehicle off the road with their monstrosity of a Ford Excursion Stretch Limousine (read: like, sooooo luxurious, brah) in their haste! So, the lesson here folks, is that even if you have the right-​of-​way (read: GREEN LIGHT), they’re a comin’ anyways! Yikes!
