I have spent thousands in your store, mostly in furniture. I’ve donated items and bought items. I will never again support your locally owned business. First and foremost, upon entering: the music was extremely loud. Secondly: I had my 2 year old as well as two ther adults with when we came to shop for furniture and other household items. In order to see an area rug, we had to go to the upper level. Your employee heard me say” we’ll have to go upstairs to see what the design is” Your employee had followed us from the furniture to the upstairs level, watching our every move as if we were going to stuff the area rug in somewhere on our bodies! My toddler picked out a fire truck that was meant to be pushed, he did until we came to the kid carts, as I was giving him the kid cart your employee rudely said«we can’t have that going on in our store, it’s too loud below» I advised her he would be using the kid cart, the kid cart made he exact sound as the fire truck which made your employee come looking for us AGAIN! She saw the kid cart and began to say something else. I explained that we were leaving, no need to say a word, we know when we are not welcome. You lost 3 customers. I was going to purchase your grey living room set priced at $ 1,143.00, the people I was with were looking at head boards and a table set, the gentleman that witnessed the entire unnecessary rudeness stated«you’re being ridiculous«he set all his items down and walked out with us. Never again. Your employee with brunette long hair working Tuesday day, needs a lesson in profiling and customer service.

This is a weird store. The ground floor is new furniture, and the upstairs balcony that surrounds it is a thrift store. It is fun for browsing because you can make a 360 degree pass of the upstairs and come back down where you started. The prices are pretty decent for a thrift store and the merchandise is clean and well-organized. I can always spend a few bucks, and they even have a discount card program. If I lived in the Twin Ports, this would be my first choice for thrift store donations.

As far as thrift shops go, this one is definitely better than any Goodwill. It’s a large, open space(doesn’t feel crowded like most thrift shops) with 3 levels. Has furniture, specialty items, clothing, etc. The workers I met were very friendly, and the clever little signs they had placed around the store made me smile.
