I like this Chipotle! I’ve been here several times over the past few month &NEVER had a bad experience. Sometimes they are busy with a long line, but they get through the quickly like any other Chipotle. Maybe the other reviewers were here on days when they were overwhelmingly busy due to popularity? Anyway, I personally recommend this Chipotle location and I enjoyed lunch here today.

Literally the worst customer service EVER! They were rude to my mom and me all because we showed up early to pick up an online order. Also refused to serve me and my friends because we can in 10 minutes before they technically opened. So we walked over to Mama Fu’s and they were happy to serve us before they opened.

I Placed an order online and it wasn’t made when I got there. That’s fine. Guy at the counter proceeds to serve 15 people in line after being told that I’m there and waiting on my food. I won’t be back here.

Just had the least flavorful burrito of my life. Additionally, the guy who fixed my meal adjusted his hat with the same gloves on that he made my burrito with. Fun times!

Let me start off by saying that I love Chipotle. I’ve been going to Chipotle for years. I have lived in Oak Hill for about a year now, and unfortunately this is the closest Chipotle to my house. They are extremely slow at preparing food, and there’s always staff that seems to be standing around doing nothing. The productivity at this chipotle reminds me more of a city construction team than a fast food restaurant. They are also always out of food. They were out of chips at one point. I asked them how long u till they would be finished, and they said they were not making them the rest of the day. To top this all off, the staff is often rude. I asked for tomatoes in my burrito, and the rude little child behind the counter said«you mean pico de gallo?» No, I mean the other salsa made primarily from diced tomatoes. How about you just make my food and not give me an attitude? Avoid this place if you can!

Horrible I love chipotle, but this location in particular was horrible. Walked in today, on Monday at 430pm. This place smelled like a restroom, and there was not one table clean. although the restaurant was empty. The floor looked like a kid had a free for all. Trash cans were pouring over. Chips were stale. Sad. .very sad… I’d give it a zero star of I could. Talked to the manager and he seemed incompetent. I had to ask for my refund and stormed out after.

Dirty, untrained, and mismanaged. Easily the worst chipotle I’ve been too and I’ve been to many. This used to be a decent location but the turnover of the staff has made everything suffer from inattentive service to the poorer than normal quality of the food. Got fajita veggies in my bowl the other day and got large hunks of onion stuck together in massive bundles. Been to some chipotles with suspect service but never a chipotle with food quality issues until this location. The managers don’t know how to ring up a side of rice and beans rather they charge for a veggie bowl which is a $ 4 difference. A gentlemen up front stood there and did nothing while our food sat on the counter next to the bag, and when we told him that was our order he nudged the food in our direction still out of the bag, not to mention they still hadn’t put the chips we paid for in the bag… or the guac. When we first moved to south Austin we started going to this Chipotle. Staff was friendly and food was good. But we’ve had bad experiences since there was a change in staff. The manager with the mustache one time didn’t listen to my order and had to remake my bowl three times because he was too busy talking to other staff. Then tried to argue with me when I said I didn’t want the chicken(which he kept putting in my bowl) because it gave me bad heartburn his reply was like well it all has the same seasoning. The cashiers don’t know how to ring up stuff properly and have overcharged a few times. I’m disappointed in the way this location has gone downhill. Chipotle is a great company but they need to retrain this store.

I have enjoyed Chipotle for many years. However, I will not be returning to this location. Like the other recent Unilocalers, I too had a bad experience today at this location. The store smells of dirty mop water and the floor looked like it had not been swept. Employees seemed more interested in talking to each other than taking orders and getting them correct. I had to repeat myself twice to two different people. My to-go order was cold and the chips were stale. Chipotle, please take a look at management at this location and get it cleaned up! In the meantime, I’ll stick to the other eateries in the area. There are too many other great choices to waste money in this particular store.

Staff is friendly enough. Very unorganized. There was a funky smell today: think wet-dog meets spoiled seafood. I love chipotle. After visiting the newer chipotle on Riverside last week I was craving another bowl today. My wife and I went to dine-in but because her being 6months prego we couldn’t due to the awful smell. We got it to go. Dude was nice, all workers had gloves, there was a line about 20people deep. It was 645p. The line did move fast. But they food prep was rushing the order that he didn’t ask about lettuce, guacamole or salsa. I had to ask him for salsa and received the«why didn’t you say something earlier» look. I didn’t even bother with the lettuce and guac. My wife gave me the«we’re not coming to this location again.» $ 19 from me and we weren’t satisfied. I admire chipotle and love what they stand for. For food they get one star. For location they get one star. Frequent this area so maybe in a few months things will be better.

They get 2 stars for the food but nothing else. This place is dirty, poorly managed, and the workers don’t listen to your order. I asked for a kids meal, and the guy was like. «Where is the rest of your meal?» when looking at a foiled quesadilla. «Ummm. You haven’t made it yet.» I replied. then I had to ask for lettuce to be the main ingredient in a SALAD bowl. Like for real? And they acted like I asked for tequila in the dang thing. It’s just lettuce! They have a line out the door because they can’t serve people quickly. 3 people on the front and 2 in the back not wearing gloves.

Dirtiest, messiest Chipotle I’ve ever eaten at! There was unwanted red bell pepper in my beans which the employee picked out with her hand(gloved at least!). Food items all along the serving area were mixed and spilled.
