This new spot serves steamed rice noodles and congee. I tried the small chicken congee and ham and egg steamed rice noodle. The congee is thicker(which i prefer as a personal taste) than the rest of the chinese spots in sunset park. The congee was pretty standard, had chicken and ginger in it. The steamed rice noodles was lower quality then the ones you’ll find in the street carts, not as soft and smaller portion. They had white pepper and a finer white pepper as condiments for congee. The steamed rice noodle had light soy sauce, peanut butter, peanut oil and sriracha as condiments. This is not the type of restaurant which they bring you food and give you water so no tip is needed. All the small congees and steamed rice noodles was $ 1.75 — $ 2.50. Great location for a hole in the wall spot in very busy intersection.
