Giant store, and two employees working. Even if you’re busy helping other people, at least acknowledge new customers when they walk in instead of forcing me to hunt someone down. No acknowledgment after 20 minutes. Walked out.

The cost of the lenses only was $ 300 with insurance. I cancelled the order, and I went to another location with Vision Works I got better eyeglasses wit frames for half the price and ½ the price for the second with the same features. It took over a month for my benefits to be restored with my insurance since I cancelled the order and this location didn’t complete it. In fact they didn’t even do it, someone else had to call several times so I could get my eyeglasses with my insurance.

went here this week to get my teenage son glasses. his are needing replaced. insurance doesnt pay until 6 more months. they were having a buy one get one free sale. they have a ton of frames to choose from and prices are pretty good. we didnt need an exam just the glasses. they get you with the cost of the lenses. they charge about $ 70 for each lense depending on what type you need. we got single vision. non glare. its still better than paying at the eye doctor without insurance though. their selection includes some designer frames. not many and none are high end. lenscrafters has more high end. our two pair were not ready in an hour and were not promised either. i had to go the next day and pick them up. when we did the girl helping us didnt even sit down to see if the glasses fit correctly. they don’t really give the best service or medical or fitting advise. they are just there to sell a bunch of frames. i sort of felt bad for my son who was excited to get his new glasses. its a shame that the world cant make a teenager feel good or give them good customer service. if i had to do it again i would go to lenscrafters. i felt like they were better. also SEE eyewear is great. they have the BEST frames anywhere.
