Always love to stop before heading across alligator alley. However usually can’t find a parking spot
Upgraded with more choices of seating.
No outdoor seating
Love the lay out and the comfy leather chairs (tho wish they were PETA friendly)
Wait here while your sig other shops at Ikea. Easy walking distance, other small shops and healthy salad places down the strip mall section where this is at the end corner
There are board games in the back and a small book shelf in the front with books to read
Best Starbucks around, wish more were like this one.

Not my preferred Starbucks, but the music is usually good and the customers keep it fairly clean. Has a good amount of space to meet and plenty of light which I love. I am here on a Sunday and the line was about 15 deep and I breezed right thru. The great thing about this location is they are well staffed, probably because it is right in front of IKEA.

I’ve been going here for some time. Yes, the parking is excruciating, but we can’t blame the workers there can we? Also, their music is usually loud. It hasn’t bothered me because I do like some sound as I work. Yet, I know there are some people who don’t. This place is spacious, but seats get filled easily. For a while now, that have sold wine in the evenings, I believe. I don’t know what other Starbucks does. They also have board games for everyone to enjoy and interact. It has a nice welcoming and homey feel. The workers there are extremely nice. I don’t know why a few people mention that they were unfriendly. I guess it depends if it got too busy. Of course the line is long during those «traffic» hours but the workers take good care of their customers as much as possible.

Drinks and staff are fine. My complaint is that the music being played is ridiculously, obnoxiously loud. Kids come in trying to study and wind up shouting at each other over the music, adding to the noise. I tried to come again, and as I write this, they are pumping music so loud that the speaker behind me is distorting.
It’s ridiculous and it’s the chief reason I rarely come here anymore, unless I have business in the immediate vicinity.
I see i’m not the first to note this by a long shot, too. It will be a great location if it can be a coffee shop and not sound like a nightclub.

My review is 3 stars and the reasons are fairly simple. I usually go to Starbucks when I need to get some work done and I’m either away from my office or home. Not only are lines longer than usual at this location but also happens to be the one Starbucks I’ve seen where the music is played so loudly it get to your nerves. I’m talking POP music too not laid back music. One more thing I could add is that parking is very difficult in this plaza by IKEA but that’s not the employees fault so see it more as a suggestion on what to expect when going rather than a remark about the service.
This used to be one of my choice Starbucks to go to to but for now I am respectfully steering clear unless there’s no other choice place to go.

I was very impressed by the costumer service of this Starbucks location. The two guys that were there went above and beyond to please me and make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Great job!

It is so cold in there! The workers are very nice but if you decide to stay in there and relax for a bit you’re going to FREEZE! I don’t go there anymore, which sucks because I really like the people that work there and it’s very close to my house but I CAN’T HANDLE THE COLD

3 stars because I came here to drink hot tea and get my work done. I need to make phone calls and the music is so loud!!! I had to postpone my phone calls because everyone kept saying «what?!»
I love the song choices, but I’m thinking in a coffee shop the vibe should be totally mellow & chill. Second cup coffee shop in pines is amazingly quiet!
It’s hard to work on tablets, students trying to study, people stopping in for coffee to conduct interviews, couples trying to have a conversation?! Maybe I’m just old lol
I will post a video & let’s see if it translates my point…
Otherwise place is clean. Tea amazing. Grateful for free wifi!!! Very spacious location.

We have had a couple not so great experiences here. We were rushed out in a very unfriendly manner by the closing staff, 20 minutes before they closed. Listen, I understand how it is at that time of night, but if you’re going to move someone quickly through, do it in a good way. I’ve been back since then, because sometimes you just want coffee after Ikea. Those encounters weren’t the best either. The partners just seemed rushed and irritated.
However, the drinks are usually pretty well made here and there is one partner named Sammy– he is the best! Very social and friendly– just the way baristas should be to give the «Third Place» atmosphere!

Super slow. One person working the register on a busy Sunday. I waited 10 minutes in line to get my daughters cake pop, they were totally out. They were out of cookies as well. I said a sign might be nice, since I just waited 10 minutes for nothing. Batista made a somewhat snide comment as I left. Won’t be going back.

I literally visit this place about 2 times a day Monday — Friday since I work a couple of blocks down. Whenever I need a liquid adrenaline in the form of a doppio or if I am in the mood for something sweet like a white chocolate mocha, this is the spot I go to… The barista’s are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to help you out.
Good spot for a quick meeting over a cup of Joe as well. I love this place!!!

Quick and easy to order here, always in and out service. Friendly staff and they know what there doing. The only issue is the shopping center entrance and exit. There’s only two ways out of this place. All the time you saved by getting your coffee quickly, you will spend it waiting in line to get out… Blah!!!

This one happens to have plenty of power outlets and comfy chairs for those who want to compute. It is huge. It even has communal tables in the back with a power strip mind you. Nice!
The barista and cashier worked together very nicely and my warmed pumpkin loaf plus cream cheese and the grande sugar free vanilla soy misto were perfect!
Why only four stars? The little «coffee tables» had newspapers, real coffee cups with residual coffee sludge inside, and crumbs on them for the entire hour I was there waiting for the mall stores to open. The newspapers I can accept. Hey, I even read up on the daily drag. But the coffee cups and crumbs I cannot accept. Especially since the barista and cashier came out to refill the creamer thermoses TWICE. Nothing wrong with a lil table cleaning, honey. Other than that, yay, I’m a fan.
