Had a shocking experience outside the store today. A customer hit my parked car outside of the shop. When I asked if anyone in the shop knew who’s car it was, the male owner ran outside to my car and started to rub in the dent, yelling that it went away(it didn’t). When the police came and identified the owner’s customer as the driver of the car that hit mine, the owner changed his story and claimed he had never left the shop, touched my car or even seen me before. The owners of this shop are dishonest and acted illegally today. Please don’t trust them to do your nails or anything else!

Not clean, the male owner is rude and he act like he knows everything about nails when he doesn’t! He just want you to spend more money. I live 2 minutes away and will not be back

I’ve only been here once, and maybe it was just a bad day, but I won’t be going again.(Which is a shame because it’s three minutes from my house.) When I arrived there were two techs and both were with customers. The tech doing manicures(possibly the manager/owner), Cindy, said she would help me when she was done. She asked if I was in a rush or if I had to go back to work, and(thinking she was being polite) I told her it was my day off and I wasn’t in a rush.(My mistake.) The salon that overbearing chemical smell that some nail salons had and I vaguely wondered how anyone could consider this a «spa». They had photo books of past nails that they did, which I thought was a cute idea… Until I noticed some of the before/after pictures of some of the pedicures that they did.(Sorry, but if your toes are so fungus infested that the nail is non-existent, you shouldn’t be going to a public nail salon. I SINCERELY hope that the salon threw out the tools they used when helping those customers.) I waited for an hour and a half.(Again, my mistake.) During that time there was a TV in the back, but it was switched to a Vietnamese channel, so I couldn’t even understand it. Two customers left during the time that I waited, but I was already invested so I stayed. Cindy was very nice, but she was SLOW. Which is fine if you do an amazing job, which she didn’t.(The lady that she helping before me borrowed a file and straightened her nails herself, because she wasn’t satisfied with Cindy’s efforts after an hour and a half.) I got a Gel Polish manicure($ 30), but I was only allowed to leave my nails under the light for like 30 seconds each cure. Of course the manicure only lasted a week before it was peeling off. I went to another salon to have it replaced. The only reason that this place got two stars instead of one was because Cindy was nice.
