i was turned down for a checking account. now i’m glad i was.
i’m trying to get my deposit back of $ 500 which i allowed them
11 days to do so. this was a credit card transaction so there was no
need to allow time to clear. after being put on hold three times to
find out they credited back to my credit card on 12/​22/​. it is now the 29th
of dec & i’m still waiting.
these little popcorn operations just can’t keep up, as they don’t have enough help & everyone they do have are over worked.

This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. I took out a loan and the loan was the most excruciating thing to pay. The branch on Oakland Park didn’t have an ATM which meant that I had to make two bank runs just to get the cash to pay the loan. Tender wasn’t accepted online via debit/​credit card. If the payment was short by any amount the monies sat in the «shared» account which I never used because of the inconvenience of dealing with this credit union. The org. chart is ridiculously short so if ever you attempt to complain and get a matter rectified there’s only one person who is judge and jury. Save yourself some hardship and try another company.
