We came for a second time last Friday to try our the buffet. Wow! it was amazing! They had a limited spred of dishes but each dish was better than the rest. Goat curry and chicken tikka masala made up the non veg entrees, veg samosas, and freshly made chicken kebab for starters, and dal and mix veg curry for the veggie entrees. The rotis were freshly made an served unles most other buffets where it is premade and kept on the buffet. This makes them delicate and soft and a pleasure to eat. Dessert were gulab jamun and carrot halwa and we were sad we did not have enough tummy capacity left to enjoy them more! Overall I would rate as — Ambience — 3⁄5 not much of an ambience Food taste — 5⁄5! Presentation — 4⁄5 Food quantity — 5⁄5 Service — 5⁄5 Price — 5⁄5(for the price you pay for the buffet, the quality of the food is amazing.

Tikka masala, basmati rice, and butter naan mmm. Four people ate and had plenty of leftovers for $ 80. The owner was incredibly nice and offered us a free sample of a sweet. I ate a delicious maple thing. Food came out quickly. Family friendly.

Good place to purchase Pakistani sweets but not so great to dine in. Have had better quality of food at other restaurants in South Florida.

The food was delicious! The décor is outdated and customers were noisy but other than that the price is reasonable. I would recommend you ask for disposable utensils cause our silverware came out dirty so it made me question about the cleanliness. However the staff is friendly and the waitress was very accommodating and attentive.

Pakistani Food… absolutely delicious. I travel all over the country and have eaten Pak food in every major city… in several places… this is right up there with them in terms of flavor. It’s not the fanciest place around but I like that… hole in the wall, out of the way kind of feel. The TV is always on with programming from their native country… interesting to watch that. Nice people once you get to know them… not very talkative at first but now that I have been going there a while they are very, very nice… and the food again… Excellent(buffet is all I ever get)

I’ve had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for several years. I have always enjoyed the food and the service. However, my friends and I have noticed that in recent times that the food has really become spectacular! It’s a pleasure to dine here and I recommend it to everyone! Robbie

OMG!!! a group of us tried to eat here for lunch… when the hostess brought us to the table — there was a BIG cockroach on top. no, it was not a palmetto bug — it was a massive roach. It was so disgusting. the hostess took forever to go get a napkin to get rid of it. and then… when we sat down. there was another roach on the floor. we literally ran out of the restaurant. YUCK!!!

The place looks like nothing special from the outside but they have amazingly good food. I went there on a whim today because of the lunch buffet. I wasn’t expecting much but within the first bite I knew that the food was top notch. The buffet items were refilled quickly even though it was a slow day and everything tasted fresh. As a bonus you get a generous serving of freshly made nan with your buffet meal. I only wish I had a bigger appetite so I could have eaten more. This place has the best tasting Southeast Asian food I have had in S. FL My wife also felt the same way. We can’t wait to come back and try their other offerings. Check this place out! I guarantee that you wont be disappointed.

Food was average at best. Service was so awful. Silverware wasn’t delivered with food. Didn’t get my gulab jamun

Great spot for Indian and Pakistani sweets. They have been supplying these since for the past 15 years and they are simply the best in all of Florida. Food is great. I am not a fan of their bbq but there nihari and naans are on the spot. Also, their halwa poori breakfast on weekends is amazing. I have had folks from canadax chicago and New York say that they haven’t had any better than this. Service is ok not that bad, and wait time is also not bad.

Love this place! Been going here for over a decade now. The sweets are delicious, they have a nice selection. Samosa are amazing, large, cheap and some of the better ones I have had. Naan is great. I have yet to try the lunch buffet they have but I am looking forward to it!

The cuisine here is absolutely authentic. I moved here from the Washington, D.C. Area and a restaurant with the exact same taste profile is a hidden gem among Afghani and Pakistani’s alike. This is fantastic experience everytime.

Unbelievable food. Super authentic and great folks. Don’t get upset if the staff dont sweet talk you, they know how to make you happy and really care about thier customers. Honest and friendly too. The biriyani is a must, so are the nihari dishes. Has to be the best Indian restaurant in the Fort Lauderdale area. Go get it!

I thought this place was Indian but was wrong. I don’t know anything about Pakistani food but if this is a sample of what they eat, I am a new fan. I have eaten here about five times and have never been disappointed. Their weekday buffet is great. Nice selection and very tasty. The front counter is stuffed full of sweet treats and they do quite a large sideline of making sweets for retail distribution. The staff, I have only seen two people here, are both friendly and helpful. The dining room is always occupied by families and their are TV’s showing Indian language shows– interesting to watch when you are enjoying your meal. Give it a try– It’s a nice place with nice people.

The food and flavors are spot on, if one craves Haleem(when freshly made) it is to die for … The Nihari and Chicken Broast is worth trying out … and if you have a sweet tooth … bring your Insulin with you as you are sure gonna need it. The fresh Tandoori Roti is excellent when eaten warm and fresh out of the Tandoor. The ambience … is good for a greasy spoon … you will prolly smell like your meal when you leave … so Fabreze in the car helps! They have catered a few or our community lunches and have done an amazing job. All in all a great dining experience if you want to know and get the feel of what it would be like to be in a local eatery in Karachi !!

Love the sweets here. Just awesome! At the restaurant: I’ve tried the food a few times and it was ok. I’m not too familiar with Pakistani food though. Service is not the best but would return for the sweets.

One of my fav places in SFL Sounds crazy — décor is simple, and staff is inconsistent but its the best food ever. The food is so good, that we had them cater part of our wedding menu — yes, its that good. Everything is good — but definitely try the Bihari Kebob, chicken karahi, nehari, tikka’s etc the mittai is amazing — carrot halwa and walnut halwa is great. the halwa poori in the morning is good too trust me its worth a visit. definitely order the bihari kebob and nihari — and order some garlic naans with that and definitely don’t call me in the morning!

This place has a good assortment of sweets but they also serve decent Pakistani food. I go for their lunch buffet($ 7.99 and comes with Naan and Tandoori Chicken). The food is very good BUT the place is not the cleanest, which is why I am giving it a rating of 2. I highly recommend India Gardens in Coral Springs(West Atlantic Blvd).

Nirala is the main full-service mithaai shop in South Florida. I love their«Akhrot Halva»(Walnut dessert). We have ordered literally hundreds of dollars of mithaii from them for family events and have always been satisfied. However, the regular khana is the complete opposite… not good at all! My cousins visited from Toronto and they were totally displeased with the food. So embarrassing… plus it was like $ 10 for each dish. Ever since they bought over the BBQ place and got all these foreign waitresses who don’t know the food, the quality has gone down.
