I went to Leslie the first time for a full set of stiletto nails and pedi, I went in on a Tuesday morning and sat down right away. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was older. He did an amazing, I repeat amazing job on my nails, i showed him a picture and they looked even better than the picture. The pedicure was a little rushed I felt but the polish was flawless. I went back again today for a fill and eyebrow threading. Obviously being a Saturday they were busy and I waited about ten minutes when I got there or the threading which turned out great and about 25 for my nails. I did get a different man this time who did my nails(sat right next to the one that did them the fist time) and he did a very great job. I even like the shape that he gave me a bit better. the only complaint I had was the black polish from my previous nails was still left on the edges and on the underside of my new nails. But even that being said Leslie will be my go to place for nails, pedis and eyebrows they are so reasonable and do a pretty great job

This is a regular treat for myself and my other half when we visit Sawgrass Mills. I have been visiting them for 3 years now and love how thorough and expert the staff are. We get a pedi and mani everytime and I always find it a pleasure. The massage seats add to the the experience and prices are really reasonable.

Unsanitary. I should have gotten up and left when the towel from the next customer was put on my lap at the spa chair. The man that was getting the pedicure was done-.I had cold water in my tank and they redid it-still cold-it was 2:00. I was waiting for the manager/receptionist as he waited on everyone that came in and interupted his client a million times… only to find after 1 hour in the chair-I was given to someone else. She stood to do my manicure at the spa chair-only painted my french at the table… very odd. She was extremely picky which was great-not in sanitation. Nothing had been soaked and it was not getting soaked in disinfectant. Anything cleaned was in my feet tub of water. I hope I do not end up with a foot infection. I am writting the board of health as it is OBVIOUS they need sanitizing lessons. With so many people coming from so many places at that mall and just anyways-they really need to know that .It should be their TOPPRIORITY. Other than that-it is larger than the other salon Elegant nails is all I can say as the sanitization through me out the door from here on out.

Actually this place is in Sawgrass Mills right near Marshalls. I’ve been going here for years for nails and waxing because it’s close by, ok quality and reasonable price. However, after my experience last night I may have to reconsider — after all, there are a ton of nail places out there. Anyway, an important part of my story is that I recently converted MH to pedicures — it took 10 years and was not easy! He really liked it the first time — I was very surprised and pleased. I think a big part of it was the hot water soak. However, the hot water was nowhere to be found when we went at 6pm yesterday. Getting a pedicure in cold water is tolerable but definitely NOT preferable. Evidently they had run out. Don’t ask me how this is possible in a business where it’s so important. When I brought this up to the receptionist(and de facto manager) she blew it off. Not very customer friendly — in fact a bit combative and challenging. Not to mention that we both had the shortest pedicures there — of all the people in the chairs, it seemed like we were in and out before any of them. Plus he decided to get a manicure too just to see what it was like. Once we got out I was shocked to see I could still push the cuticles down with my nails — after all, isn’t that what a manicure is for? I hate to be nit-picky(no pun intended!) but honestly! I wanted to go back and remedy this but was overruled. I may go back, but it will be to talk to the regular manager. It’s ok if you happen to be by and need services urgently — as long as it’s not in the evening. Not unless you’re a fan of soaking in cold water.
