Horrible. Call your insurance company and find a different provider. Appointment was 1:30 it’s almost 3:00 and I’m still waiting. wtf

Seriously this place sucks!!! This place is as professional as a chuck-​e-​cheese, but even they know how to set and keep appointments better! We get there at 9:15 for our 9:30 appointment. They didn’t have any of our info, not even the name of the doctors office who gave us the referral. Between waiting and going back and forth we waiting an 1 ½ hours and then to be told they took other patients in and that we had to wait an additional 45 minutes! We stayed cool and said fine we’ll reschedule. I decided to hold off on leaving a review, maybe it was just an off day.
Today is our second appointment. 11 am appointment! We get called in at 12:05! My wife went in for an MRI and for an MRI you’re not suppose to consume anything for at least 4 hours prior. How would any of the doctors or staff member there feel if someone made their family members wait an additional hour for their appointment, not to happy I suppose. This place is a joke! The worst part about this place I don’t think they really care! 3 reviews on Unilocal and they all suck, plus we’re all complaining about the same thing. Seriously get your act together!

If I could give a negative I would. Horrible. Had a mammogram there and was supposed to be sent to my surgeon. They didn’t get it for over a week. Then I was told I needed another one… on the same day as my surgery!!! So here I am, waiting for another mammogram. Got here at 8:15 and it is now 9:21. Guess what time my surgery is scheduled for??? 9:30!!! Yes as in 9 minutes. This is disgusting. I walked in and there’s trash on the floor… a half empty bottle of soda and crumbled tissue. I was the second person here and the other person wasn’t sitting near the trash. I will never come here and will certainly NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give these people zero stars I would! I have never seen such a horrible service at a medical facility. Had an appointment at 3:15 for an X-​ray, and waited 2 hours to get that X-​ray done. But only because after 2 hours, I got tired of waiting and told them to hurry it up. What’s the point of appointments if you’re gonna make your patients wait 2 hours? And on top of that, they lost my insurance card. I give it to someone along with my ID, and she leaves literally on the middle of taking down my info. The new girl who take over her shift can’t find my insurance card! Why would you just leave in middle of handling a patient? So I wasted 2 hours for a 5 min X-​ray and had my insurance card lost. Bunch of incompetent retards who are wasting valuable oxygen!
