I was referred to Jorge, after a negative experience with another loan officer. The previous loan officer gave me the impression that obtaining a mortgage would be very difficult. More importantly, I didn’t feel like he was interested in doing the leg work needed to navigate the complexities of my loan application.
Then I met Jorge. His calming presence and high attention to detail was a Godsend. He took the time to thoroughly explain the process to my wife and I. However, the most valuable resource he offered was his patience and communication. I’m the type that asks a million questions, and I look at the what ifs. Within the first 10 minutes of taking our loan application, Jorge told us that we would have a 90% chance of getting the loan. Which with our previous experience, I thought was overly optimistic. To make long story short, Jorge got it done. And, we closed within 45 days of placing a contract on our dream home. I couldn’t recommend Jorge and the PRMG team strongly enough.
