Beyond BAD customer service and repair work. I sent in a electronic board for a treadmill to be repaired in early September, it was returned to me not working and they charged my credit card for it. I spoke with their main tech who had me send it back for them to“look at it again”, I still didn’t get it back. I called in mid November and spoke with Diane who said, «We’ll get to it when we get to it». Here it is the middle of December and no board, no phone call no anything. Going to report them to the BBB! Don’t use this company
