Great variety, easy to order from and great customer service. With 3 kids, I know to order with enough time before school to get exactly what I want. I have also ordered special items from them for promotional give aways and as favors for parties and events. Never had a problem and orders done quickly and great quality. Unfortunately, this company offers extremely bad customer service and incredible lack of understanding and consideration, especially when considering their customers are actually children. We bought our children’s uniforms at In Unison, and not necessarily because we chose them. We had no choice since they are the only one’s who sell the approved uniforms. In other words, they have a monopoly on those of us stuck in this position. Upon receiving the uniforms, we realized the size was wrong. It didn’t fit our daughter. So, all we wanted to do was exchange the piece for one in the correct size. When we arrive at their office, they refused to exchange our piece because it was passed the 30-day period. But it was exactly 31 days! Not 3 months down the road, or half a year in, only ONEDAY… thats barely 24 hours over their limit. The problem is this: their offices are extremely far from our school district, and despite that distance we did make a prior visit on a Monday… however, they are closed on Monday. And not that all business are open on Monday’s, but Monday is the first day of a business week. So assuming they were open must happen a lot to fist-timers. And given we were only 1-day late, as a minimum, they could have been a little more understanding. We have no choice but to buy from them, and no choice but to have wasted our trip on the Monday, it’s still inconceivable and shocking that they were so hard lined about this. The icing on the cake is that they weren’t even polite about it! You’re telling me bad news, you know its my second trip here, you’re not giving my what I want and you have the gaul to show me attitude? In essence throwing your monopoly in my face, like I am insignificant? The second there is an alternative, in any way to In Unison, I will switch immediately. My advice to anyone in my same position, and we must be many to keep jerks like this in business, be warned. They will not accommodate to any of your needs. They run their business with a sense of entitlement, where we’re not doing them a favor for offering business, but they are doing us a favor for simply existing. It’s ridiculous. Again, be warned!

Ordered my uniforms online and after realizing i made a mistake in the sizing, called to have them changed. The staff was very helpful and were able to change my original order and get me the sizes i needed. Thank you!

This company is awful. I have only tried the location in Tamarac, FL. My son is in VPK. Early June or July this year I bought several polo shirts and two long sleeve polos. After I paid, I was informed the long sleeve polos were not available but I would get a notification in about one week about the long sleeve polos’ status. That one week turned into months… five months later we received the long sleeve polos… My wife washed the shirts for my son to use the next day(my boy had a bad cold and needed extra layers.) The following morning, we learned the long sleeve polos, even though they were the same size as the short sleeve shirts, they were much smaller or the shrunk after being washed!!! Either way, the vendor should be responsible for providing quality products. My son never wore the shirts. I went back to Unison just to find out that they would not exchange the shirts. A refund was out of the question… they offered me a discount to buy more shirts!!! Since the transaction is very old, I am unable to dispute it. So, I ripped both shirts and left them there. I had no use for them and they for sure were not going to sell it to someone else.

Awful service! Ordered 5 shirts and a sweater. Only received 4 shirts and no sweater. So I called and called only to hear a busy signal or no answer at all. I sent emails to no response. Finally got in touch with someone who said that the last shirt was on backorder and the sweater had been discontinued. Only received a partial refund for the sweater. Still waiting for the last shirt to arrive, over a month later. I will never order from this company again!

worst expeerience that I ever had. I went two weeks before my son star classes to buy the uniforms in sunrise which is far from were I live. they did not have any uniformes or sizes so they took a back order and charge me. They told me that usually takes 1 week. A week after, I try to contact them by phone and by email and was impossible to communicate. My son star classes with out the uniforms and I had to go to the store again because no body call me to give me reason so when i went there they told me that my order will take 30 days. I was so upset and frustrated because they are very irresponsible. I had to ask for a refund. After I ask some parents at the school I found a better place to buy my son’s uniformes.

I purchased uniform pants for my 12 year old son, the first time he wore them the seam through the crotch came undone. An obvious manufacturing defect. In Unison insisted I pay postage and ship, the pants to them before they would send me new ones. I did as asked. I then received a phone call that since the pants were worn they would not be refunding or returning the pants. So now I have paid for pants, that they have possession of and I have no refund and no pants. I am sure they returned the pants to the manufacturer for their credit or refund. Ripped off! How could I know the seam would come undone if he never wore the pants! Do not buy from these people if you plan on wearing the items you buy, if there is a defect you will not get an exchange or a refund!
