I’ve been here a few times because its walking distance from my sister’s home. Service is decent. People are polite. Place is clean. They speak in their language and make you uncomfortable like all asian nail shops do. Nothing spectacular.

I come here alllll the time for a pedi. I love when tang does them. He takes his time and he very nice and polite. My mom has been going here for years. I’ve never had a problem with anyone. I have even come in for nail repairs from a previous shop, she fixed them and they looked like new. Only thing is there gel nail selection is very limited but I love to come here. I give them 5 stars because they are clean it’s small but beautiful and quiet.

I have lived in the area where Ashley nails is located almost all my life since they have opened I have been there maybe 3xs. I went on 5÷31÷15 because I was in a rush to do my nails but my gut feeling told me not to because I previously have been there I hated they’re service. So I tell the guy I just want a new gel polish on my nails and I didn’t want a manicure. He goes ahead and does the manicure and charges me also for the gel. Which is $ 25.00 dollars. The gel polish is the worst quality I have ever seen in my life 4 hours later it is chipping and it is not hard like it’s suppose to be. He also takes the Polish remover he was using for my hands and gently lowers the bowl by his leg and sucks ot back on the bottle. Which is so unsanitary I almost gagged they reuse there polish remover which is disgusting. You can be bleeding or something and the next person gets a reusable polish remover. He shaped my nails horrible they were like cracked on the side when I asked him to reshape he starts getting loud in his vitenaism language. Worst place I have ever been to in my life. I was also rushed and I couldn’t take my time to look at the Polish I wanted. Horrible place I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there. They worked aren’t friendly and the owner is a bitch also she acts like she means well but she doesnt. The place is always crowded because it’s a neighborhood salon little old ladies go there. They absolutely suck and I have never been so unhappy in my life at a nail salon. I will never go there again!!!

Overview: Tech nice but terrible at her job. Place is old, cracked, and outdated. I will never return. I walked in after reading mostly positive reviews and lets just say I am sorely dissapointed. I asked for the mani pedi combo for 30. The chair I was walked to was cracked and old. The massage paddle was wrapped in what looked like thirty layers of masking tape. But still I went forth with hope. The tech was friendly and the cleaning and massage parts of the pedi were fine. However, when she started to paint my toes I noticed she wasnt getting the entire nail with the polish. I waited in hope that she would catch it on a second coat but she didnt. I then had to point out the nail polish that wasn’t cleaned away from the skin on my toes. She laughed but obliged. When we went over to the manicure area. This is where my real anger and saddness took place. I noticed no sanitation solution anywhere. She did Not open a new pack of nail utensils like Im use to. Then she barely shaped my nails or buffed them hacking(and when I say hacking I mean I bled) away at my cuticles. She tried to act as though I wasn’t bleeding until I straight forwardly lifted my bleeding finger. She simply smiled and said, «wash your hands.» After scrubbing my hands with soap, I regrettably went back. I at this point was praying for a miracle. Im a shy person and didn’t wanna cry in front of these people. As she started to paint my nails she started to laugh at whatever the other nail tech was saying. She was missing my nails with the polish. Missing spots and rushing through. Let me add the way in which I am to dry my nails between coats? A small dollar store fan. NOUVANYWHERE. I again pointed out she was missing the entire nail and she only fixed one finger and walked me over to the«dry station,» and you guessed it, more fans. I sat there for almost 15 mins hoping my nails were dry. I asked another tech for mine had left and started working on another client but she didnt speak english and kept nodding and giggling. I was so angry at this point trying not to cry. I asked the teenage receptionist if I could go. I paid AND tipped then left. Overall the worst experience I’ve ever had. If I were a louder person maybe I would of stopped and yelled mid manicure but instead I choose to let others know what went on at Ashley Nails.

Ashley Nails is a quiet little spot that I’ve been wanting to check out for a while. I always see their coupons… so I finally did. It’s a nice place. It is small. Parking was easy. Prices were great, even without the coupon. My manicure and pedicure were fine, I was in and out without delay. Rosie, the owner, did mine. She did have to stop and answer the phone a few times… but not as much as some other places. It did not appear that there were alot of people working, so I’d definitely suggest an appointment. The place smelled fine and appeared to be clean. Normal cleaning procedures seemed to be followed. Nothing sparkled… but nothing grossed me out. It was odd to me that the pedicure chair did not have a place for you to set your purse or your drink. I will go back, but it will not be my first choice… mostly because I do the Gel manicures and the selection of colors was not the best.

This is a friendly, clean salon. Rosie(the owner) is amazing at taking care of her clients. Every tech here takes their time on massaging. Definitely recommend.

Went to this salon for manicures and spa pedicures for a friend’s birthday. We walked in at about 2 on a Saturday. The entrance way is a bit crowded, but once you’re inside the service makes up for the funky first impression. We waited about 2 minutes for the lady to clean the foot bath and fill it. They have the spa bath pedicures, and the massage chairs. We had a coupon for a $ 28 mani/spa pedi but we didn’t use it. My friend loved the gel polish manicures, and they do those here. So I got talked into the slightly higher price service. It was so worth it though. The pedicure was nice, did some foot rubbing and such. I was really impressed by the manicure. She was quick and very tidy, not too much cutting on the cuticles. They had a very wide array of gel colors to choose from. I got a sparkle red that looks like ruby slippers. A week later an it is still shiny and in tact. The place was clean and busy, I even ended up getting my eyebrows waxed. They did a great job of that as well. I will definitely return to this spa, and it will be our new regular pedi place.
