Had lunch here recently and the mole is quite good. Also have a good salsa bar which had a unique peanut sauce salsa that you don’t see very often. chicken in the mole wasn’t really that moist on a bit rubbery too — not sure if they leave the skin on the chicken and it got gummy from all the sauce or what.

Came here with a friend who had been before… GREAT service, excellent food! I had the fish taco plate, delicious and great value for the price. My friends had the chicken móle and the carnitas plate, both outstanding. Will be back!
Seriously though, shout out to the staff here for providing such great service. The man who served us made sure to ask about but allergies when one of us ordered the móle, and even chased after us when we left because I forgot my leftovers. Thanks!!!

We’ve been here twice and it will be the last time since my husband and I are soooooo sick right now. Luckily my son is fine.
We thought we had found a great Mexican restaurant but given how we are feeling we will never go back.
The first time we went, my stomach didn’t feel great but I did not attribute it to the restaurant. Now both my husband are sick… my husband more so than me.

Hubby and I come here often — we love everything we’ve had on the menu including the tacos, burritos, mole dishes, house salad, and especially the salsa bar.
It’s a family-owned and –run place with a casual vibe and great fresh food. We’ve never had a bad experience here. My favorites are the asado de verduras (grilled vegetables served as a burrito or as a plate with rice and beans) and the cheese enchiladas. As a vegetarian when dining on Mexican food I always look for fresh tasty choices and Tu Mero Mole does not disappoint. I love the fresh salsa bar to dress my main course (and of course for the chips) and I also love the pickled veggies. Hubby always gets a large negro modela that comes served in a chilled glass.
Always a great experience.

Having been on a Yucatecan kick for the last couple months, I saw that Tu Mero Mole had Cochinita Pibil and, perhaps more importantly, could serve it on tacos. Being taco addicts we also got some carnitas tacos which serve as our standard for comparing taquerias.
The tacos were solid. Perhaps even better was the salsa bar. There were some standards there: pico, mild green tomatillo, medium, «hot». Though none of them were particularly spicy, the medium-ish roasted tomato salsa was really, really good. Maybe I’m not as culinarily experienced as I thought but I had never seen a peanut salsa before. It’s delicious but pretty rich; you won’t need any desert afterwards. The spicy pickled onions were the spiciest fare at the salsa bar and were also quite delectable in their own right.
The staff were really, really nice.

Delicious Mexican cuisine with some out-of-the-ordinary dishes, such as Cochinita Yucatan, which is excellent. Also try the Cabritos, Mole Poblano and Carnitas. The fresh salsa bar offers wonderful, fresh variety, including a peanut salsa that I have never had at any other restaurant. You have to order the Coco Agua Fresca if you like coconut. Service is friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

My favorite place to go out to eat dinner. It’s the best authentic Mexican food around. They have the best mole in town and there aquas are so good. They have different ones every day. Everything on there menu is very delicious

We came the other night and were impressed by the food and the service. I recommend ordering one of their more traditional entrees, instead of the standard taqueria items. I had the pozole, which was incredibly flavorful and satisfying without being the least bit heavy – the fresh radish gave it a lovely crunch. My fiancé had the cochinita yucateca, which was so tasty that he didn’t even mind the fact that it was spicier than he usually can handle!
As we came in late, I believe the manager himself waited on us, and not only was he courteous and helpful (when we pulled a long face upon hearing that their famous mole sauce was all gone due to an unexpectedly busy day, he recommended the cochinita), he also randomly comped my horchata de coco, and grabbed some pico de gallo out of the kitchen when the salsa bar ran low!
An unpretentious, delicious place to get your spice fix :) Give it a shot!

The food was excellent! The service was exceptional! And he even made a special margarita just for me.
And then brought me freshly fried chips with salsa! YUM! They have a nice salsa bar so you can choose your heat or no-heat (pico de gallo).
We came in before the dinner rush and they let us turn the channel from sports to the food network channel. We watched Cake Wars while we ate!
All in all, I loved this place! Will I come here again? Not even a question! I told my husband this should be our go-to-place! Every Friday or Saturday or something!
I got the «#25 Enchiladas Suizas» and I ate ALL of it! And I never finish my plate.
The whole experience was charming!
I cannot wait to come back!

This is our go to for Mexican food. My wife absolutely loves the chili relleno and I switch between the enchiladas and the asada tacos! You really can’t go wrong with anything here! The management and wait staff are top notch and are pleasant to be around. Love this place!

Not many places serve Pozole, let alone make it fairly well. So, I was pleasantly surprised to find this place so close to home.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The pozole was reasonably priced and more importantly, was very good! The potion was more than adequate and I was left full for virtually the rest of the day. The rest of the family ordered a carnitas burrito and huevos con chorizo. Those were okay, however.
I will be back there to give their chicken mole a try!

We have come here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and have LOVED all our meals. Chiliquiles for breakfast, need I say more? The food is really fabulous and the prices are very reasonable! The staff is very friendly and every time we’ve come in we’ve been greeted with a smile. Their chicken mole plate was so delicious, I wanted to lick the plate!
Parking space is ample, the restaurant is clean, and the colors are vibrant. What more could you ask for… good food? OK, well they’ve got that too!

I gave his place five stars because the cashier (first contact) was super friendly and happy and the food was delicious!
I ordered the cochinita yecotan — tender juicy pork covered in their red sauce, cooked in wrapped Banana leaves. Comes with rice and beans and tortillas to wrap it all up. Free chips and salsa bar with great spicy salsas and pickled jalapeños and onions.

Great Service, good food, and plenty of room to sit.
We went to Tu Mero Mole last weekend in hopes to get some good mole. Honestly I thought I would fine a list of at least 5 moles, well to my surprise they only had one.
I ordered the chicken mole enchilada. I was surprised, it was pretty good. The mole sauce had a perfect combination of sweet and salty. The chicken was tender and the tortillas were soft. All in all I was very pleased with my dish. My husband ordered the mole, it came with freshly made tortillas. All in all good place to eat and reasonable price.
Plenty of seating.
Oh the service is great. I want to say the manager helped us and he was very attentive to our needs.

I came by this place to hang out with friends in the South Bay. Somehow they knew I was hankering for quality Mexican food. The layout is a bit weird and echos a lot in certain spots. It just makes me wonder how loud this place gets during lunch.
I digress. I kept my order simple with chicken tacos. But seriously everything here is brilliant. The fresca, the salsa, the chips, and of course your order. Something about the smell and the colors let you know the cooks in the back just made this. I really should have ordered flour tortillas because my plate was piled with chicken, but their corn tortillas are delicious.
Tu Mero Mole is out of the way for me but if someone invited me to come back I wouldn’t hesitate.
