They’re in such a hurry they make ragged sandwiches. My sandwich was skimpy on tuna and heavy on lettuce. The whole experience felt like a rush job. I’ve eaten at places where food have been made quickly, but there is a much more elegant way of conduct this process. All of the customers looked unhappy as they watched their sub being assembled. This location needs much improvement in the food service department. As for the restaurant, it was clean and organized.

Never any issues at this subway. Always fast service. Employees aren’t super friendly or inviting but they’re helpful when you need it. Great location.

Bathroom out of work for over a week like most Subways. Just a «duh» comment when you ask where their customers can use a bathroom.

I liked going to this place. It was right around the corner from my work and there was never really a line. The staff isn’t that friendly but I always took it to go so that didn’t bother me. The sandwiches always had the same Subway consistency, which was nice, and I really like their selections of bread. On this last occasion tho, locked in why I will never go back. I ordered a 6″ Subway Club and as she put on the turkey slices. then ham slices. then roast beef slices. woah Nilly. WHATISTHAT??? WHYISTHEROASTBEEFGREEN!!! i told her to take the roast beef off my sandwich and then I cautiously watched her put all the other ingredients on my sandwich, hoping that I don’t find something furry or past it’s due date. Funny thing is, she didn’t even throw out the meat after I pointed out it was green! She just put it back on top of the other roast beef slices for the next order. WTF!!! As I ate my sandwich(I’m still wondering why I still chose to eat it), it made me ponder how fresh the other meats were and if my white turkey had some food mold that wasn’t visible to the naked eye. I’m never going back there again. ** So I did some research and found out that roast beef has a ‘rainbow sheen’ to it, when it’s cut, that causes the meat to look green. This was the first time I’ve ever experienced that before. It would be nice if they educated their workers on that so that they can educate someone like me who didn’t know of this sheen. Still, the fact that she didn’t know and just put ‘green meat’ back for the next customer, doesn’t sit well with me.

This place gives Subway a bad name. I don’t understand their culture and can’t bring myself to spending another $ 1 here. This staff makes the worst sandwiches and salads. My chopped veggie delite salad was inedible. I finally had to tell her to stop chopping. It turned out like a salsa, as the salad could be spooned at this point. They chopped jalapeño’s in the salad? Shouldn’t you ask before doing something like that? The sandwiches are routinely made with minimal ingredients, almost just for color. You have to ask for a normal amount of lettuce. come on! its lettuce. jeez. Their tuna is too creamy to eat unless you like gobs of mayonaise. I have had at least three ruined lunches here, figured it was time to write. Hit up Togo’s or Specialties instead, 3 minutes away and much better!

I ordered a big hot pastrami melt and the definition of hot wasn’t there. I went back there to get it toasted and they told me no the and I had to convince them to use there toaster for 15 seconds and pastrami is not to be eaten raw

Inexpensive, relatively quick… really, what else can you say about a Subway?

One of my co workers is on a restricted diabetic diet. Apparently dietitians are recommending certain menu items from Subway for diabetics who need to watch their carbs. Two doors down from this Subway was a restaurant with a line going out the door. I believe it was a Vietnamese place. I’d much rather have a sandwich from there than Subway. I got a regular Italian Combo on Wheat. At this time was always hungry because I was early in pregnancy and ate the whole thing. I can’t deny I was very hungry. It was a sandwich made to what the board said. They apparently made my coworkers turkey and air sandwich correctly too. If I’m back out here again I’m going two doors down to see if that lines worth standing in.

Third time I’ve eaten in at a Subway with the staff sweeping the entrance and floors excessively. The staff wears face masks when sweeping… but don’t consider the fact that their customers are eating??? They always rush me when it comes to veggies and frequently get it all wrong, but it’s not like i’m going to ask them to remove them… When it comes to check-out, I’ve been rung up wrong 4 times and then they tell me to grab another bag of chips or something stupid, as if a bag of chips or two cookies would make up for the $ 1-$ 2 that they charged me extra…

In all honesty I don’t even want to give them 1 star! I’m a vegetarian and almost always get the veggie patty. Well yesterday when I went in to get my sub the lady dropped the patty into the salami and still put it on my sub. I told her I didn’t want that piece because it touched meat then she threw it back into the bin with the other patties with major attitude! I told her that others wouldn’t like that she did that and she simply said«Nobody would care». I’m sure other vegetarians/vegans would not appreciate their food touching meat! I’m lucky I live near 2 other Subways with much nicer people. They never have a problem with me asking to change their gloves before touching my food. The people at this location though always have an attitude and complain. I find that some Subways keep the veggie patties near the veggies and away from the meats. I think all should do that as well! Will not be coming to this location ever again!

I have been to this location a couple times but after my last experience. never again. I had received a few coupons for Subway so I took my son over for lunch to get the meal for $ 5(coupon). I ordered my sandwich and as they were making it I went to the register to pay. As soon as I handed my coupon, the girl at the registered said«This is only good for the $ 5 sandwiches… I looked over the coupon in front of her and read the small writing and no where on the coupon said that… in fact it said that all sandwiches were included even the specialty ones. When I told her it didn’t say that she said«I know it doesn’t say that but thats what the coupon is good for.» Completely confused, I repeated what she just said to me to make sure I understood her correctly and when she told me I was right, I said«So then you will not honor the coupon being that it is Subway’s fault.» and she said correct… so I told her I didn’t want the sandwich and she said«ok.» I find it fascinating that they would rather throw away(or eat) the sandwich that the guy made for me and be out the $ 5 then to just honor the coupon. Horrible customer service…

The employees here tend to have a difficult time making a sandwich. It has now happened a few times where they either put way too much of one ingredient and a tiny bit of another. Bad customer service and don’t mind taking forever to start making a sandwich(whether there’s 10 people in line or just 1).

I’ve added the veggie patty to the omlette sandwich at several other locations(for an extra charge ofcourse) but these guys were just NOT ready to do it even though I told them I’ve been doing it all the while. Then I asked for extra spinach to be added(at extra charge) and she literally picked up THREE spinach leaves & added it. This is the most ridiculous Subway I’ve been to yet.

If the only condiment you get is mustard and don’t put cheese on your sandwich it is actually pretty healthy. Customer service here is always great. I’ve seen them rotate through about 10 girls in less than a year and all of them are nice. I love this location because they always have spinach. A lot of Subways I go don’t have it.

The place is packed at lunch so it makes it really difficult to try and order. They move you through like cattle. I couldn’t even see the menu and the lady was asking me what I wanted. The staff was nice and organized considering the chaos going on during the lunch rush.

Came in around 1pm today & it wasnt busy at all. Didnt care much for the ladies in the back eying me down cuz I wasnt ready to order yet, let alone had a toddler who was sleepy & throwing a fit. ANYWAAAAYS, needless to say, they werent very friendly and not once had a smile on their face. And for the fact that it wasnt busy, the girl threw the stuff on my sandwich. Uhh messy much? One of my BIGGEST pet peeves with customer service is when they say«WHAT?» to you when they didnt hear you! First off, try saying«EXCUSEME». It’s a lot nice and way more professional. I’d rather take the extra miles to go to my favorite location at Mercado!

Went in the evening before closing & was impressed by the cashier’s nice attitude. Big plus was the nearly fresh cookies! At night?! Soft & chewy not rock hard.
