Really excellent service. The booking receptionists were great, informative, and allowed for a lot of flexibility. The driver was professional, courteous, and communicative. He sent text updates and offered water. I look forward to booking with Sal’s again!

Whether it was 4:30am pick up at home or 11pm pick up at the airport, these guys never disappoint! We have used them many times over the past four years and they are always there on time. Cars are clean and drivers are friendly and professional. Most importantly they are always on time! What more can you ask for?

Our church youth group has used Sal’s Airport and Limousine Service for years! :) From booking to transportations the whole process is a huge breeze. I just send over my pickup/​drop-​off info with dates/​times and they send back an very very reasonable quote.
We book it and get a confirmation call the day before pickup. Never have to worry about change ups or anything. Payment is easy as well with credit card and check options!
The past few year’s we’ve had the same driver and he’s been great! Fantastic driving, safe trips, great service, we book with them ever year! Highly recommend! :)

I have been using Sal’s for over 7 years now. Their drivers are professional and on time. I never have to worry about mishaps. Cars are clean and tidy. They always offer a complimentary bottled water or two for the drive to the airport and pick up. Sal’s drivers always arrive early about 10 – 15 minutes to ensure a timely pick up and arrival at the airport.

I’ve used Sal’s several times a year over at least the past 10 years for both business and personal travel. They always arrive early, the cars are in great shape, and the drivers are extremely courteous. Airport pickups are also efficient. Making reservations via email is simple and they are always responsive. Even during the most busy travel periods I’ve always gotten excellent service.

I have been using it 5 or 6 times so far, and never regret it. Even when I gave them a wrong date/​time (by mistake, of course, not to test their capabilities), the car was at the airport within a reasonable time (15 – 20 minutes — without a booking, just after a call).

I al so excited to have my sister arrive into SFO tomorrow afternoon and stay with my host family && i called Sals to book with them and spoke to Ariel regarding this reservation and she has been nothing but nice, genuine, & very helpful ! I wanted to bring a gift to the office so the driver can suprise my sister tomorrow at SFO with the baloons & stuft minnie mouse animal that i got for her! I wouldnt use anyone else but sals because Ariel makes the company shine with her demeanor && helpfullness and great attitude! Thanks to Sals Limo service for providing my husband and I (as well as our guests) such awesome service during our wedding day. Our driver Amin was excellent! He arrived on time, was dressed appropriately, and offered us beverages as soon as we got on the shuttle. We were also able to play our own music on the shuttle to keep the party going on the way to our reception venue. The shuttle was very clean and very comfy. Everything went as planned and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Booking the reservation through Jessica was also a breeze. Highly recommend Sal’s Limo Service!

I have been using Sal’s limo for some years now. Their service has been great and making a reservation is a breeze. Ariel who takes the reservations is very friendly and helpful. Their fleet is continuously upgraded and kept clean. They are definitely my go to limo service to get to and from SFO.

As a global traveler, I rely on Sal’s to get me to and from SFO from the South Bay; often during very early or late hours. I can count on Sals’ to be at my door regardless of the hour. Sal’s vehicles are impeccable. Sal’s fleet is always top of the line in terms of style, function, cleanliness, and reliability. The drivers are always dressed professionally and get me where I need to be safely.
Sal’s customer service is also top-​notch. I can reserve via email or phone call and always quick to get a reply and confirmation even with schedule changes. In one instance where we had a scheduling mix-​up, I received a personal call from their manager/​owner to follow-​up on my needs. Outstanding!

If you want top of the line car service Sal’s is definitely the best of them all. Reasonable price and SUV was on fleek. Shoutout to the best driver Terrick you the man! I will definitely use their services again.

Highly recommended-​the operator that answered our call was professional and asked all the right questions to set us up for the proper vehicle and pick up time. Professional drivers and a clean vehicle with on time service made the trip to the airport stress free.

I used Sal’s for transportation to and from SFO for my family at ridiculous middle-​of-​the-​night hours. Car’s were on time, clean, great drivers. I’ll definitely use Sal’s again, and hope to use them for something more fun than just a ride to the airport. The stretch limo we had was fantastic.

Seamless. Needed a large car for 4 adults and 1 toddler and a lot of luggage. Made the reservation about a week in advance arrived in Oakland grabbed my luggage and called them as instructed and our driver was there to pick us up curbside almost immediately. Car was beautiful and clean and the driver really nice. What more could you ask for after a long flight. Look forward to using them again !

I have been using limo services for the last 18 years to and from San Francisco airport. 3 years ago, the previous limo company committed a no show cardinal mistake which he produced my business travel. I since switched over to Sal’s Limos. This turned out to be a great move. The company attitude is very friendly and progressional, starting from the friendly reservation lady to all the drivers. My wife and I have used the service for our business travel as well as family holidays. Very reliable and dependable.
While in Germany last week I changed my return flight but forgot to inform Sal’s! Arriving at SFO on Friday, I headed to the Limo pickup stand and called to informed them about my arrival. They informed me that the reservation was for the following Tuesday, but they put me on hold, located a driver in the vicinity and directed him to my location. Within 7 minutes I was picked up! I was happy and grateful to be heading home after 12 hours flight.

There are three things that I look for when looking for a car service — are they on time, are the cars clean/​smell free and are the drivers safe and courteous. Sal’s is all these and more. Although I don’t remember how I got turned to them but they have been my preferred car services for more than 5 years and my wife and I have been using them ever sense for both business and personal travel. We probably using them at least 1 – 2 times a month. Only once did we ever have an issue that the office time addressed it quickly and exceeded our expectations. BTW, I really like their ability to bill your card rather than having to sit at the curb to process the card. Bottom line they are the only choice for me for a car service in the Bay Area.

I have to put in another good word for Sal’s. I forgot to book an airport pickup for my return flight. As soon as the plane landed, my wife gave them a call, and they said they would be there in half an hour. It took about that long to get off the plane and wait for our bags anyway — by the time the limo came we had been waiting at the curb less than 5 minutes! It was like we’d booked it a week in advance.
Love these guys. Spent 2 years going on frequent business trips and I always used them to get to the airport. Always on time, great service!

I’ve used Sal’s Airport and Limousine a half dozen times over the last couple of years and they have been perfect every time. Reasonable rates, excellent communication, professional/​courteous staff, clean/​well maintained vehicles and always on-time…whether my flights were delayed or not.
All of the other 5 star reviews are right, these guys are the best.
