Our freezer was pouring out water and we needed a technician to come out. Reliable sent out «Sam» to fix our freezer. As these guys say they are Subzero specialists… he repaired parts that had nothing to do with the problem. After $ 600…and many cancelled appointments, they sent out another technician to continue to fix our freezer since it still wasn’t working 100%. They tried charging another $ 250 to look at it. We tried contacting the owners… they are always on vacation and don’t reply to emails or phone calls. This is the worst type of customer service I have dealt with. NEVER USE THEM…
