Dough not let me live near so many doughnut shops! Small place without seating, nestled into the shopping center with Lucky’s and Starbucks on Maude. Dough nut delay, here are the doughnuts: The circular maple glazed old fashioned(the whole time I thought these were just called circular buttermilk bars) may have surpassed my opinion of regular doughnuts with the slightly crunchy, rich outside and omg that maple glaze was almost solid and super sweet. Doughnut heaven. Glaze can make or break a doughnut, and this glaze made it! The doughnut with chocolate glaze and coconut was also yummy and not overly oily or doughy, a doughnut pet peeve of mine.(Yes, I realize it’s called a «dough» nut, but that doesn’t mean it should be like unbaked dough.) Cronuts are pricey here, apparently. And, not to mention, #so2014. Call me old fashioned, but Marty’s is the first and only old fashioned I’ve ever tasted. Looking forward to future sugar comas from this(too) nearby mom and pop doughnut shop.

Bought donuts on a rainy day. They were fresh and warm. They stayed fresh for the whole day. Yum donuts. Will be going back for more.

I walked in there today morning to buy some donuts for my son’s teachers. I haven’t tried any of their donuts, so this review is just for their customer service. The lady at the counter was very rude — not ready to clarify when I got confused about the prices, bluntly refused to box the items. There was gentler ways to explain why they cannot box certain things. The guy who was baking inside was much more courteous. I see no reason to go in there again.

They are conveniently located near my work. And fair priced. They are always out of the croisant donuts

I showed up like 4 min before they were closing. Got a sugar, glazed and strawberry. They through in some donut holes to boot. Everything was still quite tasty except the sugar was a bit drier than the others. I see theyre on the cronut craze too but i didnt see any left. I might have to one day figure out what that craze is about

So, I was craving a donut and saw this place across from where I was parked in the lot. They have this big lettering«CRONUTS» on the window and I was intrigued. Saw that there was only 1 chocolate covered cronut after I asked the man behind the counter what is a cronut. «A croissant donut.» He asked if I wanted it filled and I said sure. This was around 11:30 and with that said, the cronut was cold and kinda left an oily aftertaste. I had also bought a dozen donut holes and they, too, were cold and not very tasty. Interesting concept with the cronut. I wouldn’t have paid $ 3.50 for this one, though. Maybe if it was fresh.

Absolutely fantastic donut shop. The cronuts are delicious with a great texture. The regular croissants are massive, for that matter. They even threw in donut holes to my bag, which were amazing. They melt in your mouth. Definitely recommend a visit.

I saw Marty’s Donuts a few times while grabbing coffee at Starbucks, and thought I’d check it out. I don’t know why in the world I ever bought pastries at Starbucks when all this time I could get fresher, cheaper donuts just on the other side of the shopping plaza! Service is always courteous, and I enjoy my usual favorite(fluffy sugar coated). But as another stand-out, I really like their unglazed, old fashioned donuts… and I usually don’t like old fashioned!

Good middle of the road donuts… when they have them. Twice now in the last few weeks I’ve gone in here around 7:30AM to find that they are sold out of crullers and maple bars. There always seems to be a pile of cake donuts that no one is eating. I just can’t understand how a donut shop runs out of common items like crullers and maple bars before it even hits 8AM. I suggest finding another donut shop that is more reliably stocked.

My bf and I got some donuts from here after having breakfast at the bagel place next door. We were drawn in by the bacon donuts on display and the sign for cronuts. Sadly, the cronuts were over $ 3 so we just got a bacon donut and a chocolate sprinkles donut :) The sprinkles donut was about $ 1 and the bacon donut was $ 1.85 since it was a bit bigger and had bacon on it. The lady also gave us 2 free donut holes! :D The donuts were good, nothing special though.

Good basic donuts with a few special things like cronuts and bacon donuts. The place is fairly clean and the people are friendly enough. Definitely an upgrade from nearby Daily Donuts.

I loved their HUGE and I mean HUGE stuffed apple donut. It almost reminds me of apple pie because of the cinnamon bread. Anyway, I’m definitely a local fan. Just not a fan of the early closing ours, and the lack of selection at closing. Apparently, they sell their own version of the Cronut and we didn’t get to try it because they were already sold out. Come early.

First time coming here, but the experience can be summed up with: THEYHAVECRONUTS. Literally, their sign reading«Cronuts» is what drove me to actually come into this shop for the first time ever(even though I live literally down the street). I actually hadn’t noticed they were even there! The Cronut was very good — definitely more on the croissant-y side than other cronuts I have tried, but I really enjoyed it. Highly recommend it if you haven’t tried a cronut before. :)

Found this on Unilocal,as I was looking for a nearby donut shop to pick up treats for my colleagues. I came here around 9AM and the selection was still pretty big. I did miss out on the cronuts and bacon donuts, but, overall, a lot to choose from. The donuts melt in your mouth. Yuuuummmmmmm… Minimum $ 5 for credit card charges. It’s so easy to get $ 5 worth of donuts/coffee.

I work near here so will occasionally grab a dozen donuts for my co-workers. The problem is I end up eating at least three because the donuts are so damn good. My favorite is the Apple Fritter. Big chunks of apple, good texture on the outside, juicy on the inside which is exactly how I like it. The cake ring donuts are probably my second favorite. Good crunchy texture with moist insides. I also recently tried their version of the cronut. It’s pricey, but the chocolate one with custard filling was fantastic. I guess I really love things with crunchy outsides and juicy middles. Marty’s does a great job of those. If I have one minor complaint, it’s that they don’t seem to make any more donuts after the morning rush. Sometimes I stop by to get a donut for desert after lunch and the pickings are slim. I’ve never been here in the evenings so I can’t comment if more are available later.

Your average donut shop but I think one of the better ones around my area. The raised donuts are fluffy almost cake like. Their zucchini muffin is good. They also have cronuts. I haven’t tried it though. Friendly Asian lady behind the counter was very helpful

The donuts here are nothing special, but this place is close to my work so I do tend to stop by here every now and then. As for the interior it’s not much to look at really with a very no-frills presentation. At least the prices are good for the donuts — I just wish the service was a bit more friendly though. Great spot though if you want donuts in a hurry.

I’m a fan solely based on the inability to find old fashioned donut shops like this back home. Came here after getting bagels next door at Bagel Street Café. There were too many choices, but I limited myself to two… can’t be that fat guy walking around with a dozen donuts and none to share at work. I got a traditional coffee cake donut with sprinkles and a chocolate dip. Both were absolutely delicious. Some English language issues with the clerk, but money talks, and is a universal language. Enjoy!
