KFC

I come here often for their $ 5 fill up meal. 2pc leg and thigh, drink, biscuit, mashed potatoes/​gravy and a cookie. ($ 5.44 to be exact including sales tax)
Good deal and they usually give you decent pieces of chicken though I have gotten some really small ones on several occasions. One time they forgot a biscuit, but manager gave me an extra one the next time I came by and mentioned it to her.
Also, if you go inside, they ask for and will call your name out when your order is ready. It’s a small, personal touch.
I especially remember Maria V. has been very nice and quick in handling my order.
Tasty fried chicken, good price with fast, efficient and friendly customer service. This is why I come here again and again.

missing part of order last week. bought a family meal, gave gravy but forgot our mash potato; also completely forgot the potato wedges. check your order before leave.

Call me grumpy, but I felt jipped last night. They tried to pass off chicken scraps as «tenders» and that is simply wrong. The kid wanted tenders and I gave in and bought him two at $ 1.75 each. I had to complain to get regular tender from a different server. I even tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and asked if she put in two tenders. You judge, see my picture.
Next time I’m going to Popeye’s.

I’m going in three directions with this: first, the food.
I ordered popcorn chicken, fries, and biscuits. These looked surprisingly like they do in the ads and commercials: nicely shaped and fresh, and the taste wasn’t disappointing. I couldn’t taste all the tasty, glorious grease (okay, cooking oil), but it was rich enough to declare «not great for my health on a regular basis, but so tasty right now!»
I can say only good things about the staff: they were fast, polite, and accurate with my order. Yay, employees! You rock!
The only downside — and this is a huge sticking point; no pun intended — was that the eating area was so dirty. It didn’t look like it, but I could hear my shoes peeling from the floor with every step. The tabletop was no different: anything placed on the surface stuck. For this reason alone, I wouldn’t go back. Management, please invest in some new cleaning supplies. Thanks!

Very courteous servers. Fast reliable service. I like the convenience of the drive-​thru and the fact that it’s a Taco Bell too! Gives you a wider selection.

You order food here and every time they won’t give you what you pay for! I came back for the food I had bought and they still forgot food in my meal! They try to get you here. And their soda drinks are never refilled, I always have to come back to this place. They don’t know how to do their job. Both girl mangers and guy mangers can’t even get an order right. I come to this kfc 3 – 4 times every week and still not satisfied. It is just the closest food place near me.

Why is it every time I go to a KFC they say, «Sorry, we don’t have chicken.» Not «Oh, sorry. It never occurred to us that someone would want original recipe chicken. Hold on while we look up how to do that…», but «We don’t have any.»
How does a frikken KFC run out of original recipe chicken? Is chicken a loss leader for this place? Do they sell the 3 original recipe breasts for the day and send the cook home? Are the big bucks only in soda?
TL;DR: KFC is embracing the Slow Food movement. If you want anything other than legs and thighs, don’t be gauche and just drop in, call ahead. Make a reservation you clod.

This place is a joke after taking my order they tell me the chicken will not be ready for 25 minutes

Opening time schedule on door says 9.30am but when I arrived 10.10am, all still dark and doors locked.

I picked up a bucket of chicken on the way home from work to watch the 49er game. It was the worst KFC I have ever had in close to 40 yrs as a KFC customer. I normally go to a KFC closer to home, but this one has a drive through and on way home from work. They shorted me a breast and the chicken was so bad I could not eat it. Was totally fat. It was either not cooked properly or was very poor quality. Not only do I feel cheated on the money and time, but I had nothing to eat so had to go out and get something else. Good thing the 49ers won, but this KFC is a loser!
KFC/​Taco Bell Hollenback, Owners or managers, If you read these reviews and care about quality and reputation, you are in last place.

$ 2.99 for a pot pie!
I was expecting something tiny, but this was a decent size, like the frozen food pot pie size.
Good crust and pie.

Now on promotion $ 10 for a 10 pieces bucket don’t miss out. The chicken are always good except for it’s too pricey

OK, it’s KFC, people. Not gourmet or low cal, but dang tasty. Being a chain, you’re not going to get a lot of variation from franchise to franchise. That said, I do love their chicken (grilled and original) and biscuits.
My rating is based on the service at the Hollenbeck location. I went twice during off-​peak times. Both times the employees were friendly and helpful. The first time my daughter and I went to «taste test» before her birthday party. The second time I went back to do a large order before the party, and the woman who helped me was great at helping me figure out how much I needed to order, took my phone number and name, and even called later to check on something. My husband picked up the food today and everything was hot and ready to go when he got there.
This is the least expensive catering I’ve ever had and everyone loved it.

I always loved kfc for the fresh chicken but I have to say the chicken here was really dry and tasteless. I went to take my sister out to lunch and apologized as she almost choked on the chicken. I had to ask for a glass of water quickly. Fries were cold too.

I never eat KFC.
But after dealing with English accents, driving on the left, and all things «proper» for the past two weeks, I felt like I needed something REALLY American.
So, here I am.
Sitting on my couch, in my boxers, watching COPS re-​runs, drinking a Miller High-​life and eating a bucket of extra crispy.

yeah no more creepy ex-​worker sitings here; that and he got canned from his job.
recently had lunch here and noticed their budget friendly menu on the left side. Most of the items listed were under $ 1; which is awesome for the nearby homestead students.

Service is EXTREMELY SLOW. Doesn’t matter if the line runs all the way out to the Long’s nearby, there will always only be one person taking orders.
Want some extra crispy chicken wings? They NEVER have it.
They always run low on extra crispy chicks anyway.

I would have given them 2 stars for forgetting to pack the biscuits for my order except that they offered to give them to me the next time I come in and also a large cole slaw for my inconvenience. Still annoying though and I would have preferred having my yummy biscuits tonight :(I was looking forward to them!
