the new facilitator is mean as the other guy said that she likes to hear what she expects other to say what she wants. Stiff, uncompromising whatsoever, she made each of the students like criminals, and prided herself on it. The 2 hours class is no fun. I expect it is a friendly supportive environment. It is totally contrary. Review report is always poor despite all diligent class participation and home work. Could not quite get this! The former older guy was friendlier. But he has retired. So we got a bitch like person.

I wouldn’t recommend this«counseling» to anyone that is required to complete a domestic violence program. They have an unqualified staff of facilitators that wants to hear what they expect you to say. If you don’t answer as expected and sugarcoat your answers, you get poor progress reports sent to the probation and court system. A bunch of wannabe therapists who try to psychoanalyze as if they are psychologists. Just go to a different program

This is a great counseling and educational center that offers, private, and group counseling for men, women & families. This is also a center that offers classes on domestic violence to both victims and offenders of domestic violence. The office is on the second floor in a small business complex on the corner of Mathilda & Olive Avenue. The complex is right across the street from Eddie’s Sewing & Quilting Bee. Complex is kinda rickety but the interior of the Turning Point Center is very nice. Do expect to see a bunch of guys and a few women hanging outside on breaks downstairs outside. Business owners Frank and Athena are very professional, class act people.
