Deb’s is the best! And so is Tina! I needed someone to watch my 2 cats while away on vacation. It was sort of a last minute decision — I emailed and got an immediate response from Deb, and Tina was able to come by later the same day. She was very nice and professional, and my cats were happy to meet her. While we were gone she came by twice, and send me updates and photos. Unfortunately we were delayed coming home for 5 days by bad weather. I texted Tina and asked if she could pick the keys back up and check on the kitties one more time, and she was happy do to so, even though I knew she was overbooked. When we finally got home we found the cats fine, the plants watered and the litter area tidied up. I really appreciated the flexibility to add another visit during the holidays. We will definitely use Deb’s Purr-​fect Pet Sitting again when we travel. Thanks so much for the peace of mind, Deb and Tina! Also, pricing is very reasonable.

Pamela watched my 3 month old puppy for 10 days while I was on vacation. Although, I was a bit nervous leaving my puppy with anyone, Pamela was simply outstanding, she would text daily letting me know just how well Daisy was doing and how happy she was. I received updates on her eating habits, her bathroom habits and their playtime. Pam treated Daisy so well, I will continue to ask her to watch Daisy when I go on vacation or have to leave the house to run errands. We have been using Deb’s Purr-​fect Pet Sitters for about a year now & are so pleased with everything.
Our dog walker is Mona and she’s incredibly sweet and loving with our rescue Golden. One of the things that was really important to us was finding someone that had a really calm temperament & knew how to handle rescues.
They have since formed a great bond & it’s very comforting to know that our dog is with someone that is caring and patient while we are gone. We get text messages and photos after every walk (Mona even tells us the names of other dogs they meet in the park!), and she’s always accommodating of our schedules. We’ve also used Mona for overnights, where she stays in our home with our dog. Everything has always gone seamlessly!

Some of the reviews on here talk about the questions she asks; not to be rude, but Deb asks you to talk about your animal because you know them best. She actively tries to get to know your animal from your point of view so they feel at home with her there.
Our pets mean everything to us, for most people they are best friends or children. We all have different expectations when it comes to leaving someone so important to us, that is why Deb wants to know your pet. I have personally been able to experience Deb’s Pet Sitting and I can guarantee your animal is in the best care possible while you are away.

When considering whether or not to use Deb’s Purr-​fect Pet Sitting, ask yourself the following questions:
1) Do I want someone who feeds unfamiliar animals food without knowing whether or not the animal has any dietary restrictions to watch my pet?
2) Do I want someone who illegally trespasses on people’s property to watch my pet?
3) Do I want someone who leaves post-​it notes on my fence, threatening to report me for animal abuse without knowing anything about me or my pet, to watch my pet?
If you answered «No» to all of these questions, then you should not use Deb’s services because she does each of these things.

Debbie’s compassion for animals is apparent immediately, and the service she provides is impeccable. I left my cat alone for a week under her care, and when I returned I found him groomed and well behaved. Debbie spent extra time with my cat because he was lonely. She sent me emails with photos so I knew that he was OK while I was away. I can’t recommend Deb’s Purr-​fect Pet Sitting highly enough!

Deb and her team are amazing! We travel quite a bit, so finding a place for our dogs can be a challenge, as they deserve the best! We have found the best with Deb.
Very professional in getting the process started, and made us feel comfortable from the beginning.
We have a male lab that can be a handful, and a female boxer that is very timid. Deb’s team (Tina) handled both with exceptional grace. The lab was exhausted after a brief stay, meaning he got plenty of excercise, which is necessary for him. And the boxer absolutely loves her, which is very rare. I’ve never seen her warm up to anyone as fast as she did with Tina.
She sends updates and stays in touch to put us at ease while we’re away.
They get plenty of excercise and love, as opposed to a kennel where they only get walked twice a day, and stay in a cage all day.
To say Deb’s is a godsend is understating it. We are completely at ease while on vacation knowing our pups are getting the best care possible.

My dog may look like a ferocious beast, but he’s actually a sensitive little flower.
Debbie and her team (Sheryl and Dwight) did an amazing job taking care of my pansy, Rupert, while we were away for 2 weeks. S&D emailed me pictures, sent updates, provided me with a printout of images and notes of the highlights of Rupert’s «vacation» and even gave Rupert a bath! Although I missed my pooch everyday, I knew he was in good hands so I was able to enjoy my vacation and not worry about him. It also helped that S&D are familiar with pit bull type dogs and were unafraid of the breed and quite eager to watch Rupert.
Debbie is extremely professional and quick to respond to any and all questions. And if her other helpers are as good as Sheryl and Dwight, then you would be lucky to get any of them to take care of your pets! They are awesome!

We have been using Deb’s for about 3 years. Debbie is very reliable and professional. She loves animals. She has shown herself to be trustworthy staying in my home with my pets. She always is upfront about her prices. Even when I call her last-​minute for my pets, she does everything she can to make it work. I recommend her fully.

Deb has been handling two toy poodles who are in the puppy stages. They can be fun but also mischievous.
The Plusses:
+ Because of work schedule I needed a dog walker at lunch times. Deb has been able to accommodate my schedule and time.
+ She leaves a report card after each visit. It’s helpful because I am aware of their behavior and how well they have been doing their potty.
+ Sometimes Deb sends a photograph of the puppies during her visit. It’s such a treat! I love seeing how they are since I think about them during the day.
+ Since I asked Deb to advise anything for my puppies, she has been proactive in doing so. For instance she had reported that one of the puppies tends to stop walking. Upon her advice I gave her body harness to connect to the leash. It’s easier on prodding the puppy to walk.
+ During the consultation she followed me through my routine. She also left a questionnaire for me to complete so that she is aware of the puppies’ needs. It seemed like a very thorough report of her client’s pets.
+ Get ease of mind knowing my puppies will be taken care of while I am not there with them.
Overall very pleased with her service! My puppies are getting the exercise and attention that they need!
TIP: I suggest leaving a notebook so that you can share thoughts or instructions for Deb. She consistently uses it to report the dogs’ well-​being and responds to it.

For a pet sitter, they do have some extremely vague requirements.
While I understand that these sitters have «beautiful homes,» stating it 10 times in a conversation is not helpful. Additionally, the question, «tell me about your cat» is too vague. How about some pointed questions? I felt like I was in an interview (which I admit, I sort of was,) with the horrible question, «Tell me about yourself.»
The paranoia was just too much for me. Running away …

Where do I begin? It is so hard to leave your pets behind when going out of town, but my worries are over. Deb and her helpers are not only very professional, but very loving and caring to our dog. She will wag her tail when Deb walks in the door. Deb doesn’t give our dog treats she is not suppose to have and gives her all the walks she needs. We are very lucky to have Deb as our pet sitter. Your pets are in good hands with Deb. Give her a try!

I have known Debbie for over 20 years, and she is wonderful with my most recent Dog as well as Dogs gone to Heaven. She just loves my Samantha. She’s responsible and my Dog just loves her. Have a furry family member? Need a case giver while you are out of town, or at work? Then Deb’s your gal!

Deb is a GODSEND!!! She treats my pets as her own and they love her for it. Owning a pitbull and not knowing other peoples’ dogs, I don’t feel comfortable taking my dog Phoebe to a daycare facility. Finding Deb was an answer to a prayer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Deb for her outstanding service and her trustworthiness. I have no qualms whatsoever about Deb having the keys to our house. She takes care of whatever presents itself while she’s there including the mail, the newspaper, plants and of course, our cherished furry friends.
