Rudest office staff I’ve ever encountered! Both on the phone and in person. Their business cards list an old address on Galloway, at that address their huge logo is on the front of the building, on the sign out front, and listed on the directory inside. It’s very confusing for patients. When we brought this to the office clerk’s attention, she was confrontational and treated us as if it were our fault for going to the wrong location. Here’s a tip: next time try being understanding and even apologetic. It’s just good customer service! Your office staff is a direct representation of your practice, Dr Zhao.

Dr. Zhao is the best! I don’t like going to the doctor but he really makes it easy. Short wait time, really nice offices, incredibly friendly staff, and an honest diagnosis… can’t ask for more!
