CVS pharmacy

I went to my regular pharmacy 30 minutes before closing time at 9pm and was told my new urgent prescriptions would not be filled until the next afternoon. So on a whim I came to this CVS drive thru which also closes at 9pm… they filled my three prescriptions no problem ten minutes till closing time! With a smile and excellent customer service. I’ll be switching all my scripts to this pharmacy.

I have always had a very experience at this location, until today.
The young lady working the drive thru acted like i was interrupting her day, as she seemed to have preferred to be somewhere else, and then seemed to be annoyed that I asked a question about the significant increase in my monthly script.
I was finally handed my script and she rudely said «have a nice day, as she slammed the drive thru window shut!
The customer service at the pharmacy used to be much better.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Once again not even 2 weeks later same pharmacy, only because I have to use cvs because of insurance, and it happens AGAIN!!! They have lost a prescription that was called in by a doctors office. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT ever use this pharmacy. This is the most unorganized place I have ever seen!!!

I’ve been using the pharmacy here for four years and was typically satisfied. The past few months the service at the pharmacy has dropped incredibly. There has been an at least one error every single time I’m there. Hoping things bounce back soon.

Rude and slow. Every. Single. Time. It amazes me. And I used to work at a pharmacy, so I get it that you usually deal with sick people who are pissy. But, the staff here needs an attitude adjustment.

I LOVE, LOVE, ABSOLUTELY LOVE this CVS. The entire staff is friendly super helpful. Everyone is always willing to go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. The pharmacy dept is quick and very knowledgeable. Each time i drop off a script, it’s ready exactly when promised. They even send me a text, so. I know it’s ready for pick up.
I have 2 small complaints. One i wish they were open later. I was sad when they stopped being a 24 hour store, and now close at 10 pm.
Second, not really a complaint, it’s really just a personal problem. I love the extra bucks they reward you with, for buying everyday products. My problem, i can never stop spending money here, i think im here almost everyday! Huge props to our neighborhood CVS.

I was saddened when this location changed from a 24 hour location to closing at 10. There is not a close 24 hour pharmacy around us any longer. This lowers their rating by a star. If the hours go back to 24 hours, they regain that 5^th star!
The staff here, for the most part, are friendly and helpful, and you can guarantee that if you find someone who is not, they will be the next time you see them, or they’ll no longer be working there.
I was mostly impressed on my last visit. I was trying to get my daughter’s much needed Glaucoma drops refilled and the Pharmacist asked which one. Now, I was not very shocked by this, but was in her explanation as to why. It was NOT because her dose had recently changed to a higher dose, but because it had been reduced for about 6 weeks and then increased again. WOW!!! That explained a lot! She was having pressure spikes, and this Pharmacist just figured out what the doctors had not been able to in 2 months time!
We shop here quite a bit for inexpensive gifts. When they have a sale, it is huge! They also have the ExtraCare card program that gives you $$ back quarterly. Yes, this is a corporate plan, but with the in store only sales and other discounts with the ExtraCare card (plus it is literally behind my house), this location saves us money, and we know they really care.
Yes, I want this pharmacy to stay!!!

This is my go to pharmacy. It is a nice clean store and the staff are generally very helpful. One big plus is that if they tell you it will be done in 30 minutes-it’s ready in 30 minutes. That kind of reliability is a big plus in my book! They have only rarely not had what I need and can usually get it the next day if necessary. They are very good about calling a drs office if there is any misunderstanding. I haven’t really ever had any [problems with this location-​a rarity in this age.
The only drawback to the store-​the pharmacy is not 24 hrs.
