Worst. Customer. Service. EVER. I have been trying to clear up a billing issue for the last TWO years with Community Psychiatry. In that time, I have only ever spoken with one live person and her hands are tied to help. Two years… one live person… emails and phone messages left… total ghost response. Their«customer service» line is a joke. One only ever gets a recording. Messages left aren’t returned. You’re told to email. Only automated generic email replies are generated acknowledging receipt of your message. Is the issue ever approached or resolved? Nope. The front office manager is suppose to return calls. Someone at the email account is suppose to investigate and get back to clients. Neither has been done over the course of these years. . Who needs or appreciates having an incorrect charge on one’s account that is never rectified? Or, being dismissed and ignored? Go elsewhere.

If you want your time wasted and if you want mean physicians who lie to you at the drop of a hat and enjoy making you run around, go to Community Psychiatry at Sunnyvale and San Jose CA. They would try the patience of a saint. Really incompetent office staff. On my first office visit to a doctor there, they were supposed to fax the prescriptions to Costco. The office staff«forgot» and it took several phone calls to get my prescriptions, already paid for by my visit, to get it sent to Costco to be filled. On my second office visit, Doctor Shibata gave me prescriptions, but forgot to give me one of the prescriptions. When it came time to fill the prescription, the script was not there, and it took two days of calls to get this refilled. Dr. Shibata also lied that he had not written an independent prescription. I am normally a nice person, but I am so glad to never have to interact wth this psychiatrist(Dr.Shibata) or the staff at Community Psychiatry again.
