I had a terrible experience. I should have known it would not go well when I walked in the door to drop off the garments. The woman was on the speaker phone with a friend and continued to talk to her while I was in there. Did not even attempt to put the friend on hold while she spoke with me. I went to pick up the garments and I noticed they did not get a spot out. She did not apologize and said it was not there fault if they cannot get it out. She did not offer to try to get the spot out again like every other cleaner I have ever gone to. I told her I did not want to pay for the garment that they did not get the spot out. She was not happy about that and said she would not do that again. Really bad customer service and I will never go there again!

I have been using their dry-​cleaning service for just over a year now and never had a problem. They do a great job for any article of clothing for a very reasonable price.
The owners are awesome people who take pride in what they do and are honest people. I would not choose another dry-​cleaner for as long as they remain in business. And would totally recommend to everyone I know when I have a chance.
