I showed the plumber how my shower was backing up and all he said was «I can’t help you with that, it’s a problem with the main line.» He then referred us to a DIFFERENT plumbing company! Previous experiences have yielded similar results with being unable to perform simple tasks. Incompetent.

I used to be hesitant to call a plumber as I never knew what I was getting. That was until I found Andrew Mills Plumbing. They have done several repairs for me and are consistently wonderful. I priced several plumbers and their hourly rate is comparable and since they are fast, you will get your money’s worth. This time, Don came out and talk about efficient. He was on time, and right to business, finishing quickly and did a great job. I appreciate his professionalism, honesty and good character. Highly recommend them; you won’t be disappointed.

Andy, Neil and Don came over on extremely short notice on a Saturday and swapped out our leaking water heater for a new one. Their work was efficient and the price was as quoted. These guys are great characters!

On Sunday, I swapped out a leaking hose bib and ended up with a leaking wall instead. Last night, a friend recommended Andrew Mills plumbing and I called first thing this morning. Andy sent his crew out at 9a and one hour later my problem was fixed.
An old brass fitting and come unsoldered — bad luck for me, but I couldn’t be happier with the price, speed and quality of the repair. Thanks guys!

Andrew K Mills does competent work but I believe they are over priced. Service is prompt and polite but prices are high. I just got a hot water tank from them and they installed it. I had been out of town and the tank was leaking considerably when I returned. They came within a half hour which was great and removed and installed a new tank within an hour. Later that day when I spoke with friends and googled the price of a hot water tank I realized and I had been substantially over charged. My fault for not doing my research beforehand and not doing comparison shopping but I will not use them again.

Andy is Great! There is no problem he can’t solve.
He has done extensive work at our house for the past couple of years– replacing and fixing outdated/broken plumbing. He only uses quality materials, discuss the issues clearly before replacing or changing things. He is also honest, friendly and reasonably priced.
Highly recommend!
