Police Officer = check
And the list goes on…
These are the types of organizations we need more of. RGI put on a Youth Career Fair, and about 250 kids from the Yakima Valley got to see 17 different types of «Career People» (I was the Professional Unilocaler… jokes. I am the Gravity Wave nerd!).
RGI ran a very cool event. As a presenter, I felt it was very organized, and I had a great time. For the kids, I hope they had a fun time (I fielded lots of questions, and acted plenty goofy making gravity wave «burp» and «whoop» noises).
I wish I was able to see all these kind of examples of jobs when I was an 8^th grader!
