Diamond Dry Cleaners & Laundromat

Like some of the other reviewers say, this is the best laundromat in Sunnyside. The place is always bright and clean. My drop and fold is always ready on time and Jenny always greets me by name and with a friendly smile every time I walk through the door. She has also hemmed some pants for me that turned out great, the stitching was even and the thread matched perfectly. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This is my go-​to in Sunnyside for all my dry cleaning and they always do an amazing job. The owner is kind and friendly. I know my clothes are in good hands here. They have also done some stitching work for me in the past. All in all great customer service and quality.

Believe it or not, Diamond Dry Cleaners and Laundromat is owned by a small white Maltese named Mr. Diamond. He allows his human guardian Jenny to oversee the day to day operations. This dynamic duo is warm, welcoming and accommodating (just don’t sneak up on Mr. Diamond). The facility is always clean and well maintained. We have rarely run into a situation where there wasn’t a machine available when we needed it. Drop off service is a bit more than the local competition but the laundry is always clean, fresh smelling, very neatly folded and ready the same day. While dry cleaning is not done on premises, it is always returned within 48 hours clean and neatly pressed.
Jenny goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. She greets everyone by name, usually with a smile and a story about Mr. Diamond.
