Well, my personal experience trying to work with this realty was horrible to say the list. If you submit the offer don’t expect the answer in the nearest future if ever. And by the way most of agents dont speak English. Agents prefer to communicate neither through email or phone. Oh phone… if you try to reach their office, it transfers you to different extensions that always too busy for you or on the line with somebody else. So reaching somebody at the office, good luck with that! Overall save yourself some time and your clients time, go SOMEWHERES ELSE, to another real estate company who is always accessible, available and ready to help with your real estate needs.
