Professional staff. Great looking place. Manicurist, Yazmine was the best… very professional and knew her stuff. Antonella didn’t just blow dry my hair she actually rescued it with a treatment that she recommended and was extremely careful how she went about suggesting that my hair needed help. Something I knew but wasn’t getting the right results. Friendly staff and great location, prices are not over the top and they have every product under the sun… even the organic stuff too. They also have a program that saves you $$ when you make several appointments or recommend someone. Antonella rocks! Thank you Trini!

I absolutely Love Antonella’s work. She’s is the true definition of a magnificent hair stylist. The balayage is one of my favorites not to mention her perfectionist way of applying high lights. I recommend Trini

I had a manicure and pedicure done with Katiuska last Saturday. She was punctual, very corteous and friendly. Conversation was great and it made me feel right at home. Everyone else was very nice as well. I will definetely be back again.

Great products and great atmosphere

I saw a while back the Wednesday special for $ 50 a single process and blowout so booked it for yesterday. The staff greets you with crazy friendly attention and smiles. Coffee, tea and wine were offered. Service was excellent! I jumped in the sack with a random stylist who turned out to be a fantastic stylist, hair cutter and super shampoo it’s, Towanna (Spelling, right?) friendly, conversational, sincere and produced good work. The only gripe is and I see the common denominator after reading previous reviews. I was approached to buy product, to get extra add ins which I didn’t take the bait on everything. When it came time to pay, I was surprised that I was being charged for a deep conditioner which I never agreed to, only a toner. Oh well, I’m all about keeping things maintained so moved on.
Nutshell: Clarify your services and pricing before they start. Towanna will do a fantastic job!

People, be aware!!! Never ever go to this place. Everybody from the Manager to the stylists and the receptionists there are fraud. I made 2 appointments for me and my mother. On Wednesday they have specials $ 50 for a color and blowdry, plus I asked for a pedicure $ 30 and deep conditioning which is $ 20. During the process they were trying to sell me everything is possible. I almost had to fight with them, saying I don’t want. Even had to lie saying I will come back in 2 weeks, just to get out of there. After they finished with my hair and I went to pay, I saw the bill in the amount of $ 1020. Without asking us and discussing anything, they just added procedures they wanted to add, which is brazilian blowout $ 325 for me, $ 300 for my mother’s short short hair, 2 times $ 50 for some kind of gloss that I never even heard about, and plus everything we asked for. That stupid people from nowhere think they are so smart to lie to smart people. They were smiling in your face, and adding things behind your back. Unfortunately, after long arguing And talking and trying to explain to the manager who was on their side I gave up, which I did not have to and signed the check. Today, after I washed my hair for the 1^st time after the procedure I see that there is no results at all, my hair are the same freezy, curly, and etc. Unfortunately, I did not read reviews before I went there, and I see most of the reviews are negative. Just let you know to be aware and stay away if you don’t want to be lied at as me and my mother. Very disappointed!
Also, this place is always empty!

Every time I see this place still open for business it shocks me that they are still scamming the people in Sunny Isles. I have had many different salon experiences as I get my hair professionally styled twice weekly and this place is the WORST Service I have had the displeasure of encountering. Antonella is a horrible stylist who is so money driven that it apparently clouds her vision and therefore she left me with green streaks in my blonde hair that she charged me $ 499.00 for. This conceded stylist needs to get off her high horse and stop adding on fees for her PRO status — her work makes it quiet obvious that she is an overpriced novice. I feel stupid for ever walking into this Sunny Isles dump.

I had my color/​highlights done at Trini with Antonella. I too feel bad to write a negative review about the place as she is very nice but the negatives are overwhelming. They promise you heaven on earth and deliver below average results. My hair too fell off after the bleach use and the overall color was so hideous with orange patches and brownish blondish highlights that I needed to repeat the process and ended up staying in the salon over 9 hours!!! I left very upset with severely abused hair, weird color and 200 Dollars extra for unnecessary processes that I have been sticked with. They don’t care to hear about your dissatisfaction and they refuse to do anything to correct it. To be fair I can’t recommend this place to anyone in good conscience. Sorry Trini.

Great salon especially the service! Everyone was very friendly; they even gave my mom and I a rose when we left! I got a manicure which was very well done– I highly recommend Tanya and my mom got a great blow out with Mila! We will definitely be back!

I am a regular customer at this place but have decided i will no longer do biz here. You walk in there asking for something simple and walk out with $ 299 to wash trim condition your hair. ASK constantly how much is everything what u expect least they will charge you. Whoever does your hair is constantly trying to sell you stuff you dont need. Last time i got my braxilian blow out i was disappointed cus my stylist took 4 hrs and attending other ppl in between. They have a 1 week hair policy but keep in mind it takes after 1 week for you to see results!!! Find another spot this place needs new management. They also have a very big turn over in staff.

I feel bad writing this because everyone was so welcoming but I do not think I will ever be returning or recommending this place. I came in for a basic trim. Left two and a half hours later with a bill that came out to $ 350. The trim was suppose to be $ 60 and I thought Doris was giving me the $ 20 deep conditioning treatment that was listed on their price menu. Turned out she gave me a $ 95 treatment that was not listed and another treatment that I did not know was separate. No prices or anything was ever explained to me. I guess I should of asked but I wasn’t expecting that much of a price difference. I mean I would never charge someone an additional $ 270 without informing them, but hey, that’s me and I guess I could just be crazy.
Anyways, I just got home and realized she never showed me the back of my hair. I just checked and there’s totally a spot in the middle she missed. There’s a good inch and a half or so just hanging out that’s longer than the rest. Now I have to go to work like this…

This is an update. I went back the next morning and Doris was more than happy to fix my hair free of charge along with another free treatment and the gave me a credit for my next appointment. This place gives great customer service. My only thing is just make sure you understand the pricing since they don’t really explain it.

Absolutely awful, stay far away from this dump. They decided to cancel my appointment after making me wait 20 minutes and telling me my hair dresser will be right with me. Talk about bad service, the only thing these people are good at is passing out fake smiles. Not to mention the facilities are terrible, it looks like a euro trash supercuts blasting teen girl techno. I expected a lot better for what they charge, I’d recommend trying any other salon in Miami, there’s plenty to choose from.

Unfortunately, I feel very misled by this salon. I came in for a quote for hair and make-​up for an event. I was given a quote of $ 140 and booked the appointment. The stylist was excellent in her work, but at the end of the appointment the bill was $ 260 before tip. They even charged to wash and blow dry my hair when I had informed them that I had just washed it prior to coming in.
The appointment took longer than I had anticipated and I did not have time to to argue with the salon over the exorbitant difference in price. Needless to say, I left feeling ripped off and taken advantage of.

I recommend this salon to everyone. I come here whenever I’m in town visiting friends to see Antonella who is a certified PRO with hair. The atmosphere is very nice, the salon is clean, and there’s complimentary coffee and wine. As you leave you are given a single white rose. Honestly I always leave feeling like a princess. It’s pricey but they have specials during the week, they really accommodate everyone. A++

This salon is wonderful, I have a great experience every time I come from the time I check in and receive my complimentary drink to my salon service. Antonella is the best!!!
