Baires Grill

In town for business. Everything I had was excellent. The burrata was fresh and smooth, the skirt steak was very tender (and that’s an easy cut to turn into shoe leather if you don’t know what you’re doing), and the molten cake was a lovely dark chocolate molten center with just the barest of crispy edges to keep it contained. My server Rodolfo was just the right amount of attentive and had lots of great suggestions. :)

I’m happy to say our return visit was as pleasant as our first.
The food and service continue to be very good.
From the hostess, who sat us, to the manager who came by to make sure we were getting everything we needed, everyone has a warmth that makes eating at Baires a top-​notch experience.
Again, we were fortunate enough to have Reinier as our server. Remembering us from our previous visit, he was both friendly and gracious; his recommendations of entrees and knowledge of wine continue to be as professional as you would see at any fine restaurant. And, as before, he keeps an eye on the table, so you want for nothing.
Now the food, I started with Sweetbreads, those who read my reviews know I’m a big fan of this, and again they were grilled perfectly. My partner enjoyed the Beef Carpaccio, tender and flavorful.
For entrees, I had the Catch of the Day — it was grilled perfectly, moist and crispy and my partner enjoyed the Flap Steak with creamed spinach. The temperature — medium rare — was perfect, and the flavor was delicious. The creamed spinach was really special as well. What else would you expect from a great Argentinian kitchen?
In my prior review I recommended you visit, now I’m urging you to try Baires Grill in Sunny Isles. You won’t be disappointed.

A group of four where looking for a late night place to try after our original place to go had been closed early and we wherent in the mood for Sushi.
The place is located in Sunny Iales. pretty much across from Trump Towers Apts group.
The restaurant is in front. where about 3 others places have been before this place… plenty of parking.
To make things simple and easy we all ordered the same item. Chicken Milanese and side of salad which 1 side come with entrée.
The chicken arrived and it was a pounded out breaded chicken cutlet. The salad arrived not on the plate in a small bowl. it was a small mixed greens with a tasty balsamic dressing and one split cherry tomatoe. We all had Ice teas.
The food was ok and portions small. Heres the rub. tax and tip for four. $ 120.yup. $ 30.00.a head. Salads even though a side came. where $ 3.99 xtra .($ 3.99×4)…and the Ice teas also added up to like $ 16.00. $ 32.00 in side salad and ice tea… Glad I didnt get the $ 55.Steak for two. As in some of my other reviews.yes.high price. and high rent in Sunny Isles area equal high menu prices. but this place.service.ambiance.food quality. is just not there. I would avoid and look elsewhere.

Just ok… side orders almost necessary since entrees are so plain and uninspired… Ordered filet medium and came out raw (at least that is insurance to get it right when sent back for more fire)…“the chicken dish was big flat piece of chicken pounded flat and it looked so alone and unappetizing and dry… needs sauce or something to jazz it up… side dishes are overpriced and can see why everything is alacarte (almost forced to purchase sides). South Beach prices going north on Collins… NYC prices not far behind… dinner for two was $ 80…no wine, no sides, one filet, one pasta, no salad, no desert… at least tip included.

I had an early dinner here today. The food was excellent. I had a steak that was perfectly seasoned. The salad was good and the bread was warm and soft.
It’s to bad the service was horrendous. Beyond slow. Only like three or four tables had guests. Yet super slow service.

Great new addition to Sunny Isles Beach. First time here– hubby had skirt steak cooked to perfection and wife had fish special– Mahi Mahi moist and delicious with perfectly cooked asparagus and purple potatoes. Served with garlic sauce which could have been left in kitchen but chimichuri sauce and criolla sauce served in table side were really good. We enjoyed our dinner very much and our sever Thomas was attentive (not too much) and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to return. Definitely try this restaurant.

My husband and I stopped at Baires Grill for lunch today. The ambience and décor were very nice. There were fresh roses through out the restaurant which complimented their Argentinean theme and food. The lunch menu has a lot of selections that all sounded very good. I ordered a caprese sandwich and My husband got a burger. Both of our orders tasted like they were made with fresh ingredients, however all the great sounding ingredients were really lacking, my sandwich was really simple (mostly bread) to be so highly priced. I had them add grilled chicken and no lie they put two chicken nugget sized pieces of chicken on my sandwich and charged an additional $ 7. Miami priced, I guess.?They could have done better. My husband enjoyed his food more. But, we both agreed that the food we had was not worth the amount we spent. Lastly I really hope they patched up the whole on their patio that my husband sank in as we were leaving. We will not be returning.

First time here. Been wanting to try this place out for some time now and must say I’m very happy with my experience.
Went on a beautiful Monday in Sunny Isles so it was empty and fast service. We sat outside because the weather was amazing and windy, but not too much.
The service was great and very friendly. I ordered the Baires Steak Salad and I loved it. More steak than I expected. Pretty presentation. Very fresh and flavorable. My bf has the chicken breast with fries and it was also very good. Definitely coming back in the future.

I was nicely surprised as to how good the food, service, ambiance and reasonable pricing this place offers. Karina was my waitress and she was very attentive!
They have a nice selection of food items such as salads, wraps, sandwiches, steak, chicken, fish, pasta, etc. I went for lunch and ordered the Baires Steak Salad. The steak was very nicely cooked and tasted great! Priced at $ 17 I found it very reasonable for the portion size, quality and the area!
They have indoor and outdoor seating available right next to Collins Avenue.
I think it’s a great place to meet with clients for lunch. So much so, that I’ll be there again next week!

There aren’t that many great places to eat in sunny isles, but this place is definitely one of the few. It’s Argentinian. The time to go would be during the week and for lunch as the price is better, and they have happy hour. They have a lot of great choices, you can’t go wrong. I love how they decorated. Nice ambiance. I always order skirt steak or I’ll get the platter for two which has different pieces of meat. I love that.

Went there because we starving! Sat there for 8 minutes and no one even came to say hi or offer some water. Very disappointed looked like a good place but the staff would walk by and we pretty much were ignored.
I work in customer service at Disney so I’m very patient. As we walked out the host looked at us and I said no one came by. She said sorry.

First time dinner. Good ambience. Rodolfo was our waiter and he was very helpful. We try the steak and baked potato, he recommended the best wine i ever try and it was spectacular !! The enemy, was the name.
From the beginning until the end was a great experience!
We will come back to try the lunch!

This is an update to the review below. Went for lunch yesterday and we had the steak and eggs. The skirt steak was as good as I ever had and the eggs were done to perfection. We sat outside and it was just a great lunch experience. This is a great lunch spot.
Excellent on all accounts. Went there with a party of 8 and a blast. Bar drinks were awesome. The steaks were delicious and cooked exactly how ordered. Sides were even delicious.
Food quality is very high here. I hope they don’t cut back on it in the future. All the steak places seem to do that.
Service was friendly and fantastic.
It’s a younger late crowd which gives the place a lot of energy and a good vibe. This is just what Sunny Isles needed.
Now if a real Chinese restaurant would open next door where beer 360 vacated that would be great.
We haven’t had good Chinese since Christine Lee left.

Nice place … Stopped for Argentinian taste … Overpiced. Will maybe try again.

Ate here last night with some friends. We sat outside in the terrace. The ambience was nice and there was a nice little breeze. The service was great and the food was on point. We ordered various appetizers and a couple of entrees to split amongst everyone. The empanadas were delicious. The gnocchi was creamy with a hint of blue cheese. My favorite was the Milanese churrasco with a side of truffle fries. Will definitely be back again! Sunny isles needed another spot like this.

The same group that brought you Baires Grill Lincoln Road and the Brickell location now have Baires Grill Sunny Isles. The menu has plenty to choose from, I had a fillet that was cooked perfectly the sides all merit a try and when your ready for dessert the dulce de leche crepes are to die for… The staff is friendly and well versed on the menu and different cuts available.
I recommend Baires Grill to all that want great quality, good pricing and friendly staff that will have you coming back again and again…

After going to Baires Grill for the first time I now have another place in Sunny Isles to go back to again and again. The menu is well presented and the delicious appetizers, steaks and desserts will have you thinking what else to try on your next visit, the service is very professional and the pricing is most reasonable Go and give it a try then tell everyone about Baires Grill.

Great service. ½ off bottle of wine on Mondays. Food cooked perfectly. I regret not taking photographs. Manager was very friendly. Average price. My churrasco was cooked perfectly. Other orders were the grilled chicken sandwich and the short ribs. Missed the five stars because of the misleading dessert description. We ordered the hot and cold which promised Belgian ganache over ice cream. It tasted like Hershey’s chocolate syrup but the whipped cream dulce de Leche was yummy. Wish they would rethink their plating on the dessert. They have it in a glass and it’s not easy to share.

Happy to have a new place in the neighborhood but it has a high price point. The provoleta appetizer is $ 15, came out nice and hot however it was not crispy on the outside as it should be. My husband got a NY stripsteak $ 38, very fatty on the outside and does it does not come with any sides at that price. Also ordered two empanadas, they were tasty $ 5.50 a piece. I must say the service was very good. We went for lunch– after we left I noticed a lunch menu posted outside. This was not offered to us.
