Wow. Don’t waste your time and money. Expected so much more from this place, I the only place I’ve ever gotten massage in a bright(daylight) room, disappointed with just about everything else, very outdated amenities too

Hot stone massage and foot bath was so relaxing and wonderful. The oils and creams are all so nicely scented. My allergies are easily triggered by overpowering scents but that was not the case. The masseuse was very professional and friendly. Access to the pool is only for hotel guests. I would have enjoy hanging out by the pool but it was a quick visit for the massage and we left. It certainly didn’t turn into or feel like a spa day. The staff was all very courteous and helpful. I would have loved this massage with a view to the ocean.

WHAT? NOPOOL? I showed up a couple of hours early for my massage appointment with plans to hang out by the pool for a little while first. I don’t know about you, but my idea of «spa day» includes some floppy hat, girlie drink, fashion magazine on a chaise lounge time. Imagine my chagrin when I checked in and they explained that pool access isn’t included with spa services; not only that, but you can’t even purchase a day pass to the pool. «The pool area is for our registered hotel guests only,» the pursed-lipped attendant explained coolly. This especially stung because I’ve been to the pool at the Trump before. It’s lovely– waterfalls, great views of the ocean. As I was leaving the spa, I took a stroll through the pool area, and there were hardly any people there. What a waste. I tried to make the most of the spa area since I had lots of extra time on my hands, but the sauna was broken. There are no windows and no outdoor seating– wait, that’s not quite true. In the relaxation room, there are windows, but the blinds were closed and curtains were drawn. It felt odd to be cooped up in the spa without any view knowing it was a dazzling day outside. The best thing about the visit was definitely the massage. I got a hot stone treatment and foot bath with massage. My masseuse was very professional and thoughtful, and the warm stones felt wonderful.
