I’ve been here 35 years and seen homeless people drug dealers and scum of the earth walk in with no security.

I think that I can speak for everyone: owners, all renters, guests, etc that this place is just such a mission overall. From the moment you drive into the neighborhood you have to go through a hard time to get in and then if you stay overnight must pay to park. In order to enter any of the buildings you must walk a very, very long distance. Once you approach one of the buildings, you must await to be let in by security unless you live there or own a condo there can have your fingerprints registered. Once you are in that door, you must verify your fingerprint once more or verify your identity and access to security again. Once you are not in that door, you must use the same tactic to enter the elevator or wait for the security to allow you to enter. This is The same for each store and the pool. It is a hassle from the very beginning all the way to the very end.
