Kathy did a good job on my hospital scrubs. I wanted a certain cut to be done on the sleeves and she made it all perfect for $ 10 each.
I actually liked this little vintage spot and Kathy gave me a little background of the place.
I would go back for another basic alteration needs. Foothill Blvd. parking street only.

Love Kathy. Been going to her for all my alterations. She is fabulous. She did my wedding dress 20 years ago and I take all my fancy dresses to her as well. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed… She can’t even do a the alterations correctly. She had no idea I wanted what a «slim fit» suit was. To top it all off… She finished last minute!!! The places smells horrible! I’m sorry but I’m not sorry. Read modern news and catch up with fashion before you tell people you know how it’ll look best. Ohh and she s sewed 1 pocket closed to make it «slimmer» only way. LMAO! Wow

I bought a suit for my wedding and came here to have it fitted. Having never done this sort of thing I didn’t know what to look for but, she said she could do it but it wouldn’t be done right away because she would be out of town for a while but assured me it would be done before my wedding. She measured one arm and one leg and gave me a receipt. she finally finished 2 days before my wedding (which was out of town). I go home and pack. get to the location of our wedding and guess what.
She cut off the sleeves (one about 3 inches shorter than the other) where there had been buttons, then just sewed the buttons on like decorations.
Both pant legs dragged on the ground under my shoes.
If I didn’t have a wonderful wife it would have ruined our wedding.
NEVER, NEVER, EVER Go to Kathys Kreations!!!

So I took the veil back to be fixed… bad idea. She put the clip on the correct way but sewed it terrible and now I think it may be ruined. She gave me part of my money back, but I wished she had just given me all of my money back as I now how to take it somewhere else to try to be fixed. This was so upsetting, it’s my wedding veil for crying out loud!:(

Looking to reproduce some favorite blouses I wanted to enjoy in multiple colors, and which were older designs I cannot find elsewhere; so Kathy gave me some amazing advice about finding the right fabric for my new blouses and about seeing what fabrics will be less likely to wrinkle and how to wash it before it is used for a pattern.
Kathy is going to use my blouse as a pattern and I will have several blouses reborn from the initial favorite.
A tailored collar, ¾ sleeves, a nice cut-​in shaping at the waist and weskit-​like build.
Call me weird but sometimes when you find a consignment item or something at out of the closet or another goodwill type place, you cannot find it in the stores nowadays which are filled with less than desirable fabrics and designs.
I also loved the glass and gift items Kathy has in her shop… Coming back here soon to check them out!

I won’t go back or recommend this place for a number of reasons.
#1: Kathy is Krabby. She acts as if you’re annoying her with your request for alterations, frowns alot and makes comments that not even my mother would make
#2: I DID recommend her at one time and was disappointed, then embarrassed as the feedback was worse, and worse, and WORSE. My husband took a suit there once, needed it altered for a VERY special occasion. It was NOT pressed, it was DUSTY on the shoulders (from hanging in the dusty old barn of a place), and none of his instructions were followed. The pants were ill-​fitting — embarassingly so, 1 button was MISSING from each sleeve, the hems were loosely sewn (basted?), it wasn’t pressed — i told him to take it back and demand the work be done as promised, but he said it wasn’t worth his time. He took it somewhere else and got what he wanted in the first place but had to essentially pay twice for it.
#3: The place is a dusty old barn (see #2). I’m all for small businesses in converted homes, they have the potential to be very charming. I probably wouldn’t have mentioned this point at all if it weren’t for the fact that the atmosphere is chaotic and haphazard, and needs a good cleaning.
In summary, I won’t go there, I won’t send anyone there, and I would talk someone who WAS going to go there OUT of going there.
