Off-​putting really. It makes a patron feel out of place and unwelcome.
They really earned their two stars.

Excellent play zone! A huge indoor room with several levels of climbing fun for the kids and a slide. It appears clean with several tables for dining in the same room. Great place for the kids during bad weather outside. They love getting french toast sticks and burning off the sugar in the zone.
