they mainly jerry is a little twit, jerk, rip off, a — -h — e. i would not do business w/​them if they paid me jerry came to fix my furnace and he fasttracked me into buying a 10 $ part for 80 $&overcharged for his services the total bill was like 180 $ and he was here and gone in 20minutes!!! whata rippoff!!! never again… never, ever

Avoid like the plague! We set up an appointment for service and when we called about an hour after the appointment time, they said they couldn’t get into the building. I asked the guy why he didn’t call me, and he didn’t give me a straight answer– and then had the nerve to say that they are done, and not coming back to my place. I told him that they should be calling the customer if they have any problems finding the place– and he had no good answer to that. If you want good customer service GO ELSEWHERE!

I bought a used washing machine. The warranty was 90 days and how luck would have it my machine started leaking water 30 days after warranty expired. I called Jerry the owner and he said he would take care of it. Matt came over checked it out. The problem was a leaky drain hose. He had it fixed in 20 minutes and I was charged nothing. I like spending my money local when possible and am glad I did.
